As we rejoice in our hard-won freedom, I urge leaders at all levels of government to rise to the challenge of our time. We must buckle up and tackle the pressing issues that threaten our stability and progress. The fight against insecurity is paramount, and we must work tirelessly to ensure the safety and security of our citizens.

EID-EL-KABIR: ABACON, FELICITATES MUSLIMS:

Hon. Muhammad Abubakar, has felicitated all Muslims Ummah on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir.

Popularly known as Abacon, in a message to the Muslims, said he rejoices with them on the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Kabir, an event that promotes sacrifice, faith, and obedience to the will of the Almighty Allah.

Hon. Muhammad, who is a House of Representatives aspirant for Bida/Gbako/Katcha Federal Constituency in the build-up to the 2027 general election, rejoiced with the Muslims and wished them a peaceful and successful celebration.

He underscored the profound meaning of the celebration, urging them to internalise its lessons for the collective good of Nupe Kingdom and Niger State.

The HOR aspirant called on Niger State indigenes and residents to celebrate with modesty and avoid actions that may disrupt the peace of the State in general.

Abacon also use the opportunity in urging them to spare a prayer for the victims of flood in Mokwa where over a 100 people lost their lives and thousands have been displaced needing urgent humanitarian assistance and relief.
