I get angry when I see so many things happening in Southeastern Nigeria.

The unsustainable and unchecked actions of real estate developers are causing significant habitat loss and environmental damage.

I think the real estate sector, not agriculture, is the main reason why habitats are disappearing in Southeastern Nigeria right now. This is because more land is being bought for development and urbanization than for farming.

We need an association for real estate developers in Nigeria. Its main job will be to teach and inform investors in the sector about how important it is to include sustainability in every development plan.

We also require a team of policymakers to monitor and regulate the actions of individuals operating in the field.

We must build cities and develop land in a way that is good for the planet and future generations.

Welcome to the month of June
5th we will be joining other eco worries all around the globe to celebrate the world recycler's. On that same day, we will be kicking off Anambra recycler's competition in Anambra state.

The governor of Anambra state Prof Charles chukwuma Soludo have shown serious interest in tackling the environmental challenges facing Anambra state. And we are using this opportunity to call on the people of Anambra state to give this government all the support needed to champion this course.
