Prof. Akpagu visited Mr. Emperor Agiake, a respected APC chieftain who had been battling illness but, by the grace of God, is now recovering well and regaining his strength.

Expressing his joy at the visit, Mr. Agiake stated that politics should never stand in the way of genuine friendship and humanity.

"It doesn't matter that I am an APC chieftain and Prof. Zana Akpagu is aspiring for the House of Representatives under the PDP. What matters most is the friendship, mutual respect, and relationship we have built over the years."

Mr. Agiake further described Prof. Akpagu as a good-hearted man whose kindness transcends political affiliations. He wished him success in his political journey and prayed for God's guidance and favour as the elections draw closer.

In a heartfelt display of compassion and leadership, Prof. Zana Akpagu, the People's Democratic Party (PDP) aspirant for the House of Representatives, paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Mr. Placidus Ugah Ogar (popularly known as Opla) to sympathise with his wife over the painful loss of her beloved husband.

While others are still struggling to define what "oversight" means, Zana has already been overseeing budgets, human capital, and institutional transformation for years, not as a spectator, but as the man in charge growing through different stages.

This is a man who ran an entire university, and turned it into a global reference point.

Think about that weight.

While some candidates were still learning how to write a motion, Professor Akpagu was managing thousands of staff, and positioning an institution for international recognition.

The Federal House of Representatives is not a nursery for political toddlers. It is a chamber of strategy, accountability, and fierce negotiation.
