RESOLUTION REPORT OF THE MEETING WITH WARD CHAIRMEN AND SECRETARIES

APC Ondo West Local Government

Following the meeting convened by the APC Ondo West Local Government Chairman , Hon Adegoke Owolabi with the Ward Chairmen and Secretaries across the twelve (12) wards on Saturday July 18th, 2026 , discussions centered on strengthening party structures at the grassroots level. Although the meeting could not be concluded due to unforeseen circumstances, the Chairman directed that it be reconvened, and the meeting was successfully concluded today Tuesday July 21st ,2026 .

After extensive deliberations, the following resolutions were unanimously adopted:

All Ward Chairmen are to immediately commence regular ward meetings in their respective wards.

Each ward shall submit the venue, date, and time of its ward meetings to the Local Government Secretary , Hon Omololu Abel for proper coordination and record-keeping.

All wards are mandated to constitute their Unit Coordinators without delay to strengthen grassroots mobilization and enhance effective party administration at the unit level.

Ward Chairmen and Secretaries are advised to work harmoniously and suspend any actions or activities capable of creating confusion, misunderstanding, or division among themselves , in the overall interest of the party and members.

The meeting reaffirmed the commitment of the Local Government leadership to strengthening the party's structure and ensuring unity, discipline, and effective grassroots mobilization across all twelve wards.

A delegation of the APC Ondo West Local Government Executive Committee, led by the Local Government Chairman, Hon Adegoke Owolabi , today joined family, friends, and well-wishers to celebrate Mama Florence Adetula, the beloved mother of the Assistant Local Government Treasurer, on the occasion of her 80th birthday at her residence in Valentino, Ondo.

The celebration was filled with joy, honour, and prayers as the delegation identified with our colleague and his family on this remarkable milestone.

We wish Mama Florence Adetula continued good health, peace, and many more blessed years ahead.

Happy 80th Birthday, Mama!
