Onitsha Children Mark 2026 Children’s Day in Grand Style at Chuba Ikpeazu Stadium

On Tuesday, May 27, 2026, the Mayor of Onitsha North and APGA flagbearer for the forthcoming Onitsha North and South Federal Constituency election, Hon. Nweze Tony Nwora, joined children across Onitsha for a vibrant celebration of the International Children’s Day held at the Chuba Ikpeazu Stadium.

The event attracted pupils and students from various schools and communities, featuring colourful cultural displays, entertainment, and a lively atmosphere filled with excitement, laughter, and inspiration. The celebration provided a platform for children to express themselves while commemorating a day dedicated to their growth, wellbeing, and future aspirations.
