Today, I held an extensive and productive meeting with the Ward Chairmen, coordinators of the Arthur Campaign Organisation, and the LGA leadership of the PDP in Ngor Okpala.

The engagement provided an opportunity for us to have meaningful and strategic conversations about strengthening our party at the grassroots and the work ahead as we prepare for 2027. I listened to their observations, ideas, and recommendations while sharing my vision for redefined leadership and effective representation.

We discussed the need to strengthen our party structures across the wards, deepen our engagement with the grassroots, and work together as one united team. I am encouraged by the commitment, confidence, and determination expressed by our leaders and coordinators.

I remain committed to working closely with the PDP leadership, our coordinators, and grassroots structures to build a stronger movement and secure a successful outcome in 2027.

Together, we will strengthen our structures, engage our people, and move forward with unity and purpose.

I had the privilege of engaging with the Leaders of Today Global Youth Forum, Enyiogugu Chapter, where I shared my vision for the Youth Leadership Forum and the importance of preparing our young people to become purposeful, responsible and effective leaders.

I believe strongly that leadership is not something we should wait for the future to learn. Our young people must begin now to develop the right mindset, build their capacity and understand their responsibility to their communities and to Nigeria.

During the engagement, Mr. Franklin Erege, LGA Coordinator for Aboh Mbaise, introduced me to the leadership of the Enyiogugu Chapter.

The Coordinator of the Enyiogugu Chapter commended the initiative, expressing appreciation for the effort to create a platform that will help young people reshape their mindset, become more conscious of their role in society and prepare themselves to take up leadership responsibilities.

I sincerely appreciate the Leaders of Today Global Youth Forum, Enyiogugu Chapter, for the warm reception and meaningful engagement. I remain convinced that when we invest in the minds, character and leadership capacity of our young people, we are investing in the future of our communities and our nation.

The time to prepare the next generation of leaders is now.

Yesterday in Amaimo, Ikeduru LGA, I was honoured alongside my principal, Sen. Samuel Anyanwu, Rt. Hon. Uche Ogbuagu, High Chief Mike Ejiogu, and others by the Amaimo Women Abroad Association (AWAS).

I commend Chief Mrs. Virginia Anyanwu for her remarkable efforts in supporting and bringing women together for good.

Yesterday, I was honoured to be invited to Amaimo, Ikeduru LGA, by the Amaimo Women Abroad Association (AWAS), where distinguished individuals, including Sen. Samuel Anyanwu, Rt. Hon. Uche Ogbuagu, High Chief Mike Ejiogu, and others, were recognised and honoured.

Beyond the awards, what made the occasion particularly meaningful was the story of the women behind AWAS and the remarkable leadership of Chief Mrs. Virginia Anyanwu, a woman whose commitment to bringing the women together and giving back to society is truly inspiring.

Through her efforts, young people have been identified from different villages in Amaimo and supported with their education, with significant resources invested in giving them the opportunity to build better futures. These are not just financial contributions; they are investments in lives, dreams, families, and the future of an entire community.

There is something deeply powerful about a woman who chooses to lift others as she rises. Chief Mrs. Virginia Anyanwu and the women of AWAS remind us that true impact is not measured only by what we achieve for ourselves, but by the lives we touch and the opportunities we create for others.

I sincerely appreciate the women of AWAS for their warmth, unity, and this thoughtful recognition. The Ezi Enyi honour is deeply appreciated, but even more inspiring is witnessing women who have chosen to use their strength, resources, and influence to build people and strengthen their community.

May the work of Chief Mrs. Virginia Anyanwu and the women of AWAS continue to inspire generations and leave a lasting legacy of hope, education, and opportunity.

Their strength, wisdom, and unwavering support continue to shape homes, raise generations, and inspire positive change. I encouraged our women to remain united, continue supporting one another, and keep contributing meaningfully to the growth and development of our community.

As another election season approaches, I also reminded them that the time to vote wisely is here again. Our votes are powerful, and with the right choices, we can make a real difference and elect leaders who will truly represent the interests of our people.

It was a pleasure to join the Emma Njoku Youth Foundation One-Day Novelty Match between Nguru Nweke Youths and Umunneato Youths.

The exciting encounter ended in a 1–1 draw, with both teams displaying great talent, energy and sportsmanship.

Beyond the game, I was happy to see our young people come together, showcase their abilities and strengthen the bonds of friendship and unity within our communities.

I remain deeply interested in the growth and development of our youths because I believe their talents, energy and ideas are essential to the future of Aboh Mbaise/Ngor Okpala. We must continue to support initiatives that give our young people opportunities to discover their potential and make meaningful contributions to our communities.

When we invest in our youths, we invest in the future of our people.

I was pleased to join the Ebubedike Age Grade in Nguru as they celebrated their Iri Ji festival. It was a beautiful gathering that gave me the opportunity to connect with our people, celebrate our cherished traditions, and share in the joy of our cultural heritage.

I encouraged the members of the age grade to remain united and committed to the development of our communities.
