SIM PEOPLE'S NETWORK (SPN) PAYS COURTESY VISIT TO THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY, RIVERS STATE PRIMARY HEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT BOARD
~~~Says SPN is doing well because Prof. Green is doing well.
The Sim People's Network (SPN) led by the President General, Hon. Jonathan Emeka today paid a courtesy visit to Prof. Kinikanwo Innocent Green, the Executive Secretary of Rivers State Primary Health Care Board in his office.
Speaking during the visit, Hon. Jonathan Emeka commended him for his giant strides in the transformation and the effective management of the State Primary Health Care sector. He emphasized the critical role he plays with the Honourable Commissioner of Health and other stakeholders which puts the Ministry Health as the most effective ministry in the State especially in making the rural health centres functional.
The President General thanked the Executive Secretary, for his roles and support towards the Sim People's Network as one of the founding patrons of the group. Especially in his support for our Principal, His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS, the Executive Governor of Rivers State.
Comr. Norman Oyibo-Emi Iboroma, Coordinator Degema LGA and the Coordinator of all Coordinators of the Sim People's Network thanked Prof. Green for granting the SPN audience. He noted that as a Patron, we understand the critical role the organization plays in the Government of the State. He scored the Ministry Of Health, number one in effective service delivery. He stressed that Rivers People are seeing what Governor Fubara is doing in his administration, focusing on the primary health sector. He further stated that SPN is working because Prof. Green is working. For us we are happy because you're performing.
On his part, Prof. Kinikanwo Green described the President General of the Sim People's Network as a leader with impeccable character, whose sense of sincerity, humility and transparency is compared to none. He said Hon. Jonathan is a leader to work with, while acknowledging many roles SPN plays in support of Governor Fubara.
He Stated that the Rivers State Primary Health Care Board is committed to enhancing health care delivery and making it accessible to Rivers people. He emphasized that Board duty is to make the 354 health centers across the State functional.
Prof. Green added that Governor Siminalaye Fubara is committed to transforming the State Primary sector by marching action with words in support of the Board to succeed. He further urged SPN and Rivers people to continue supporting Governor Siminalaye Fubara. He promised as a founding member any support he has given in the past he'll continue to give to ensure the group achieves it's purpose.
