The 1999 Constitution of Nigeria (Section 43) states that every citizen has the right to acquire and own immovable property anywhere in Nigeria, and it does not specify an age restriction.
In fact, the youngest client on a company’s list is an unborn baby. If a parent can already secure property for an unborn child, what excuse do we have not to start today?
