RISAA Rivers State Signage and Advertisement Agency (RISAA) is setup by laws of the Rivers State Government to amongst other things, regulate outdoor signages.

RISAA AS SET UP BY LAW BY THE RIVERS STATE OUTDOOR SIGNAGE AND ADVERTISEMENT LAW (H.A.2) NO.2, 2015, TO REGULATE ALL FORMS OF OUTDOOR SIGNAGE, HOARDING AND ADVERTISEMENT IN RIVERS STATE. BY PROVISION OF OUR MANDATE, WE ARE THE ONLY AGENCY EMPOWERED BY LAW TO REGISTER, COLLECT AND ISSUE PERMITS TO ALL OWNERS/OPERATORS OF BILLBOARDS AND OTHER FORMS OF OUTDOOR SIGNAGE IN RIVERS STATE.
