On 7 August 2026, I had the distinct honour of commissioning the home of the Ogunfowoke; my dear and long-standing friend.

Beyond the beauty of the occasion, it was a deeply meaningful moment for me to celebrate with this family.

I was delighted to share in this special achievement and to witness the opening of a home that represents aspiration, hard work, perseverance, and grace.

I pray that this home will continually be a place of peace, joy, love, laughter, and abundant blessings.

Congratulations to the Ogunfowoke Family. May this new home mark the beginning of even greater blessings and accomplishments.

When one of our own rises, Remoland rises with them.

It is with great pride that I celebrate one of our own who has been approved to represent not only herself but also the resilience, talent, and excellence that define the Remo people on the national stage through the Big Brother Naija platform.

As a people, we have always believed in standing behind our sons and daughters as they pursue their aspirations. Success becomes even more meaningful when it is achieved with the encouragement and support of one’s community.

I therefore call on all sons and daughters of Remoland, both at home and across the diaspora, to rally behind her with your votes, your encouragement, and your goodwill.

As the Akarigbo and Paramount Ruler of Remoland, I have lent my support and best wishes to her as she embarks on this remarkable journey.

May Almighty God grant her wisdom, strength, favour, and the grace to make Remoland proud.

I had the honor of receiving the Class of 1981 of Christ Apostolic Church School (Apollo), Iperu, Ogun State, on a courtesy visit to the Palace. The delegation was led by Dr. (Mrs.) Oluwatoyin Madein, former Accountant-General of the Federation, alongside other distinguished members and executives of the Class of ’81.

I had the pleasure of receiving members of the Sagamu Union (UK)

I encouraged them to remain united in purpose and steadfast in their commitment to supporting initiatives that will uplift our people and inspire future generations, both at home and abroad.

I offered my blessings and prayed that Almighty God would continue to prosper the Union and every one of its members.

Together, we shall continue to build a Remoland whose greatness is sustained not only by those at home but also by the invaluable contributions of her sons and daughters across the world.

It was truly a joy to be part of another memorable Remo Day UK celebration.

Seeing Remo sons and daughters come together in the United Kingdom, united by our shared heritage and love for our homeland, was deeply heartwarming. Moments like these remind us that no matter where life takes us, the spirit of Remoland continues to live in the hearts of its people.

I sincerely commend the Remo Growth and Development Foundation (RemoGDF) UK for the remarkable organisation of this year’s event. Their dedication to preserving our culture and bringing our people together is worthy of appreciation.

To every Remo son and daughter who travelled from far and near to be part of this celebration, thank you for keeping our heritage alive. Your love for Remoland gives me great hope for an even stronger and more united future.

May the bond that unites us continue to grow, and may Remoland continue to flourish wherever her children may be.
