I unbuckled the seat belt immediately the car stopped and got down from it. I still don't know the reason why he carried me but am not gonna let him get to me.

I hate him for ruining my life and making my peaceful life trouble. "Are you running away from me?" He asked and I scoffed, looking elsewhere.

"Why would I do that?" I asked, maintaining my position as he chuckled and began to advance towards my direction.

"But you seem nervous, come on this is our honeymoon and my goal is_" he didn't complete his statement, instead he walked closer to me, pulled me into his arms and whispered in my ear.

"Getting you pregnant" he said and bit my earlobe slightly, making me to moan as he winked and walked away into the huge mansion...
"Do you need anything ma'am?" The elderly woman asked in her thick Spanish tongue. "No....I don't where's Xander?" I asked looking around the extra large living room.

"Oh senora Alexander?" She asked and I nodded. "Bedroom, bedroom" she said and pointed towards the S shaped stairs...
"Oh you finally decided to join me" Xander said walking into the room, with water dripping from his toned body. I gulped hard and looked away but my eyes still managed to find their way there and his eyes held an amused Expression as his tool jingled with his every step.

"Can you cover up please?" I asked, taking my hoodie off as my chemise came into view. "Get used to it hunny, it's yours" he said as his eyes darkened.

"Come on dress up, we'll be visiting someone important and we'll be spending the night there" he said as I frowned.

"Can't I rest for today?" I asked and Immediately he looked at me. "Remember your place here the fact that you mean something to me doesn't give you the right to seek your own pleasure I bought you remember that!" His words hurt like hell and Immediately I ran into the bathroom and locked the door...

I shouldn't have said that,gosh what was I thinking? She only asked if she could rest and I went ballistic on her?

What have I done? I knocked on the door but only sobs greeted me,she refused to say anything and I know it's really my fault.

"Am gonna break this door if you refuse to open up" I threatened but she didn't flinch.

I ran down the stairs and met Nanny Magdalena Dusting the cushions. "Can you get me the keys to the bathroom?" I asked and Immediately she left what she was doing and walked into the kitchen.

"Here you go son" she said, handing the key to me.

I walked into the bathroom and met Megan sliding into a white Pair of pants with puffy cheeks and red eyes.

"Am sorry" I said, walking up to her."there's no need to apologise, you're right" she replied and turned to go but I pulled her back.

"Let me go and just so you know,I don't want your child!!!" She exclaimed as my heart sank low...

After dressing up,we left the hotel room, heading towards the car park where Penny was waiting. "Make sure everything is okay and in place, also keep me posted" he said to penny as I slid into the car.

Their conversation is not my business. I slid my earphones on and began to bob my head to the tune of Rhianna music. He got into the car and off we went into the highway.

I don't even know where we're heading to and am not gonna ask. Who knows he might get pi**ed because of my question. "I want you to go for a check up once we get back from Mexico" he said and I turned to stare at him.

"Mexico?" I asked looking dazed as he chuckled. "Yeah, surprised?" He asked and I nodded. "Yeah,I thought...."

"You thought I'll take you to Paris? Or where,this is not a lovey dovey marriage so sulk it in" his words stung,tears burned at the back of my eyes as I averted my gaze from him. His words pierced through my skin.

This is not the kind of marriage I wanted,hell I hadn't even had my first kiss, he's my first in every and anything s*xual yet he's an as***le...
We got to the airport and immediately we were ushered to our private jet. It looked glamorous and fancy. Although I've never being in one before,I didn't find this exciting, maybe it's due to the circumstances.

"You can grab some hours of sleep while we're in the air, I'll be in my office working" with that,he turned around walked out of my sight.

Yeah I think that's just what i need,his absence. "Ma'am would you like anything to eat?" The flight attendant asked and I declined. Am not sure I have the strength to eat now,I might just puke.

I placed her in the car, tucking her properly in before turning around to the driver's side. "Welcome to Mexico" i said with a wink as I sped off.

Her eyes were glued to her phone the whole time and it made me wonder who she was chatting with. Well it shouldn't be my business so I focused on the road...

I looked around, making sure no one was following or watching before I walked into the cemetery. I walked briskly to the death tomb of my daughter,the baby I lost at such a tender age. She was three when she died of pneumonia and Xavier holds me responsible for it.

I got pregnant when I was fifteen then Xavier was eighteen, we loved each other so much but aunt was never in accordance with our relationship. She always said I was too young so when I got pregnant,I ran away from home, gave birth and for two years,I lived with a nice family who offered me a job as a waitress but my baby developed a sickness, pneumonia....I didn't know what to do or who to meet for help,I watched her die,die slowly in my arms with tears gushing out of her little eyes as she called me mommy.

"Don't you think you've cried enough" the familiar voice I recognized said as I turned to look at him. Xavier stood, looking down at me with what? Pity? Or anger I can't tell.

I stood up and wiped the sand off my knees as he walked closer to me. "You lost her but we'll make another one" he said and my eyes widened as he chuckled.

"Just kidding,come on don't sulk in here, let's hit the bar" he pulled me out and I had no choice but to follow him...

"What took you so long?" Xander asked the minute I got into the car. He was going through his phone so I looked out of the window.

"The dress was kinda heavy, so...." I waa cut short by Penny's intrusion. "Where to Boss?" She asked as he took his eyes up to look at me.

"We'll stop at the hotel first,we still have a meeting to attend" he replied before we waved everyone goodbye.

The car sped into the highway as penny slid a rap song by Cardi B titled "i said i like it like that" she bob her head to the beat of the song as my mind drifted back to the girl I saw in the restroom.

Who exactly is she? And why did she ....

"We're here" penny announced and immediately,Xander got out of the car and began walking in.

"What were you expecting? Huh? That he'll turn over and open the door?" Penny asked in a mocking tone as I scoffed. "I'll rather retire early to my bedroom than talk to a jealous bitch like you" I replied and surprise registered on her face before I walked in...

That bitch! She really thinks she has won? Well she's in for it. Am gonna make sure Xander never falls in love with her. I just hope she never gets pregnant for him.

I walked into the hotel and walked towards the Normal area for transactions. "Oh penny penny, you're here" Xavier said as I nodded before sinking into the chair beside him.

"You're jealous" he stated bluntly and I scoffed before the door opened. "Are the supplies here?" Xander asked with a Stern look, walking towards us with his hands in his pockets.

"Yeah,the transfer will be made tomorrow" I replied as he nodded and turned to go.

"Aren't you going to sit and drink with us, come on you'll be leaving for France tomorrow" I said as he chuckled and turned to look at me.

"I have a wife now, I can't keep her waiting" he replied and my heart sank low in my stomach. "Isn't it a charade, just to appease your mom?" I asked but he bluffed me and walked out...

I walked into the hotel room and heard the shower running and Immediately erotic images formed in my head as I began to shrug my clothes off, walking towards the bathroom.

"Did you get to see the so called bride?" Reese asked, going through her laptop as Xander picture popped up.

"Yeah,am gonna show myself to them very soon and Xavier will die by my gun" i said with venom lacing my voice.

"Am with you sis,dad will be so happy about this" Reese replied as we Chuckled and kissed each other...

Chapter 18
Leo went to his parent's house. It's been thirteen years since he came there.
Ever since his parents died, he lived with his uncle which was Rita's dad.

His uncle's daughter died because she was sick so he adopted Rita when she was five.

At that time Leo's parents were alive so he never met Rita.

When his parents died, he moved in to his uncle's house and that time too Rita was studying in abroad so they never met till they grew.

FLASHBACK...
One year ago,
After Ann's disappearance, Leo went back to his uncle's house because it was summer vacation.

As he was drinking tea with his uncle, this uncle spoke.

"Rita will be back today. She said she can't wait to meet you," his uncle said as he sipped his tea.

"Okay," was Leo's response. His uncle glanced at him and shook his head.

He was aware of his nephew's cold nature. When Rita came home, her behavior was like Ann. So naive.

She would blush whenever Leo was around. She liked him, but she kept it to herself.

When she went to Sapphire high, since she wasn't close to Leo in school, the students thought she was a nerd and bullied her.

She cried when she was alone till Leo saw her one day.

"Why are you crying?" he asked but she shook her head.

Leo saw some bruises on her hand and became mad.

"Who did that to you?" he asked coldly making her shudder.

"It's Suzy and some of the students. They always bully me," she whispered. Leo suddenly remembered Ann.

"You'll be my girl friend from now onwards," he declared. And from that day, no one bullied Rita again.

Slowly she became the school belle and that was how her bitchy nature came out.

Leo inhaled and entered his parents house. It was still the same. His went to his parents room and looked at their pictures for a while.

He turned to go, but his hand hit the picture making it fell.

He made to take it up, but his eyes caught something. It was a necklace, the same as Ann's own

Chapter 19
Just like that the weekend ended and the weekdays came. Ann got up and prepared for school. While they were in the car, Kyle kept glancing at her.

"What's wrong?" he asked.

"Nothing, I just don't feel good. Come to think of it, about me liking Leo, maybe it's true, but that didn't mean I'll forgive him for what he did to me a year ago. He bullied me, Kyle. It still gives me nightmares when I think about it. I don't feel like speaking about him," she said coldly.

Kyle stared at her and sighed.

They were silent as the car drove by it self. It was an automatic car so it drove by it self to their school.

When the car stopped, they got out and went straight to class. Lessons began soon and their history teacher came to class.

"We learned about old and ancient Greek places blah blah blah..." he kept speaking while Leo's stared at Ann.

She seemed quiet. Well, she'd always been the quiet type, but today she seemed quiet cold and distant.

"Cancel your plans because we're going to one of the ancient places in Egypt.

I'll be grouping you guys. One group, four members."

Ann's interest quipped up as she listened to the teacher. Its been a while since she traveled so other places.

"Sara, Mia, James and Jack will be in group A. Grace, Priscilla, Jake and kelvin will be in group B.

The the last group which is group C will have Kyle, Rita, Leo and Annabella. Get prepared for the camp. It'll last for a week."

He existed the class after grouping them. Ann's eyes darkened as she heard it.

She took a glace at Leo and Rita. Rita was glaring at her while Leo's handsome face broke into a faint smile.

She averted her gaze to Kyle who just shrugged and continued pressing on his phone. She took a deep breath and stood up.

Everyone's gaze fell on her as she left the class with a blank expression. The cold aura which surrounded her gave them chills.

Ann went straight to the car pack and drove out of the school in a crazy speed.

Kyle followed her and Leo couldn't help but follow too. They saw how she drove out of the school in that speed.

"Damn it!" Kyle cursed and faced Leo.

"Let's follow her."

Leo didn't get it but he nodded and they got into his car. He quickly drove after Ann's car.

Chapter 20
Ann who drove out of the school drove to who knows where. She herself didn't even know why she was angry.

Her beautiful eyes darkened when she remember how Rita was clinging unto Leo. She was sure that they'll be a lot closer when they go to the camp.

"Ugh! Why do I even care," she groaned and stepped on the accelerator.

She drove for about an hour before coming to a halt. She got down from the car and found herself in a quiet area.

She looked around and decided to get back into the car, but she got surrounded by five men.

"Hey small girl, what are you doing out here?" One of them asked and licked his lips revealing his yellow teeth.

Ann grimaced and turned to walk away, but another one blocked her. Kyle and Leo got to the area and started looking for Ann.

"Damn it! She's no where to be found," Leo muttered.

"Over there!" Kyle said and they went left.

They got there and saw Ann surrounded by five men. Leo wanted to go to her aid, but kyle stopped her.

"She's in danger," Leo said coldly.

Kyle shook his head and replied, "She's not weak Leo. Wait and watch.

"Huh?"

The confused Leo turned to Ann's direction and what he saw made his eyes widened. Ann glanced coldly at the man who blocked her.

"Don't give me that look girl. Are you trying to scare me?"

The man yelled. What Ann did next made the men including Leo and Kyle dumbfounded.

"I'm so alone! No one loves me! I wanna die now," she stared crying.

The man was shocked, but he smirked and went closer to Ann.

"Don't worry we love you, right guys?"

"Yes yes," his comrades agreed.

"Really?"

She wiped her fake tears and asked while the man nodded like a chicken pecking grains on the ground.

The man raised his hand attempting to grab Ann, but a kick landed on his left cheek. "Argh!" He cried and fell down.

The others got alerted and attempted to attack her. Ann tied her long hair in a messy bun before smirking.

"This is going to be so fun..." She muttered.

Chapter 16
Ann woke up the next morning and freshened up before going straight to the dinning hall. She met her parents and Kyle who were already waiting for her.

She sat down after greeting them. Her mom observed her and suddenly asked,

"Dear, did you sleep well last night?"

"Huh? What do you mean, mom?" She asked with furrowed brows.

"You got dark circles under your eyes. Where you awake all night?"

Ann immediately chocked on her food. She quickly poured water and drank it in one go. Kyle smirked as he continued eating. He knew that she kept thinking about what he told her last night.

Ann stood up and kissed her parents cheeks.
"I'm fine, mom. I'll go now." She turned to Kyle.

"I'll be waiting in the car," then she walked out.
At school...
Kyle and Ann entered class and went straight to their seat. She secretly looked around and sighed in relief when she didn't see Leo nor Rita.
Lesson got over and all the students went out. Kyle smirked as he walked to her.

"I see Leo didn't come to school today. Someone must be relief because her crush was absent.,"he teased and Ann just rolled her eyes.

"Shut up Kyle. Go out and let me be," she muttered.

He smirked and leaned closer to her ears before whispering, "He'll come when I leave and you'll be so nervous."
"Go away you teaser! I don't like him, okay?" He raised his hands in surrender as he went out with a smirk.
Ann was left alone in the class as she pressed her phone. She heard foot steps approaching her, but she ignored it thinking it was Kyle.
"Are you back too tease me again-" she paused when she looked up and saw Leo standing there.
"What do you want?" She asked slowly, but he just stood there staring at her.
Ann picked up her bag and made to walk away, but he held her wrist.
"I wanna talk to you," he said as he pulled her closer to him.
Her eyes widened when she saw his face coming closer to hers. She quickly pushed him off and ran from the class.
He smiled and also went out. It was Wednesday and sports day so they changed into their sports wear. Ann and kyle played volleyball, but Leo played basketball.
After the games, she walked to the changing room. On her way, someone dragged her into one of the storage rooms. She was about to yell when Leo covered her mouth. "I got you now," he whispered as he snaked his arms around her waist and pinned her on the door. She gasped when he pulled her closer. She could feel the heat from his body.

"What are you trying to do, Leo?"

She leaned back when she saw his face coming close. Her heart was thumping heard in her chest as he came closer and closer to her.

"I'm about to do what I should have done a long time ago..." He whispered.

"No don't-" before she could complete her statement, she felt his soft lips pressed on hers.

Ann's eyes widened. Leo was kissing her! It was her first kiss too. She never allowed prince Max to kiss her. Leo bite her lower lip making her jolt out of her thoughts.

"Kiss me back Ann," he whispered as he kissed her deeply diving his tongue into her mouth. She wrapped her arms around his neck and followed his lead.

He was smiled when she kissed him back. She tasted like mint and he wanted more of her. Ann came back to her senses and pushed him back. She slapped him and glared at him.

Leo touched his cheek smirked when he saw how flushed her cheeks were. "How dare you take my first kiss?! You are so shameless, Leo," she snapped and touched her lips.

"So that was your first kiss? Oh I'm so glad that I was the one who took it," he shamelessly stated.

He was glad the she didn't hate him anymore. Her attitude towards him was killing him. He knew she liked him and he liked her too. The only problem was Rita and Kyle. Yes, Kyle. He thought kyle was her boyfriend.

Ann slapped him again and rushed out of the room. She still couldn't believe that he kissed her. She got startled when she heard Kyle's voice.

"Where are you coming from?"

She looked back and saw him leaning on the wall with a smug on his face. She quickly looked away from him and closed her eyes in embarrassment. She knew she was in for another tease because of the kiss.

I walked into the kitchen and found the bitch before the cooker, preparing God knows what. I wonder what he sees in her, she's just too plain for his kinda person. I picked a bowl and poured some cereal into it, gaining her attention as she turned and gave me a loopsided look.

"Megan,can I have the sauce?" Maggie asked happily from the kitchen island. "You didn't buy it so you can't have it" with that,I stood up and walked out of the kitchen...

My phone beeped, signalling a message from Aurora and a smile spread on my face.

"Meet me at la press by two" it read. I slid my phone back into my pocket and continued my cooking..

"Bye mum" I yelled from the door as I walked out. I got into the waiting car as it sped out of the compound. It's good he gave me access to his cars.

The car pulled into the parking lot and i alighted it. With my phone in my hand and bag in the other,I walked into the restaurant, looking around for Aurora but I couldn't find her so I decided to take an empty table.

I looked around for a while before I felt someone beside me. My breath caught as Caden came into view.but how? Why's he here? I thought Aurora was supposed to be here,why him?

"Oh she's surprised to see me" he cooed, sitting opposite me with a ridiculous smirk on his face. "What do you want and why did you send me a text with Aurora's number?" I asked almost pi**ed.

"Chill,I didn't get to know you well apart from that morning when we bumped into each other" he said and I rolled my eyes. "I've got no time for you,if you excuse me I have something to do" I said and stood up but he pulled me down onto the chair.

"Not so fast sweetie,send my regards to my dear cousin, okay" he singsong before bringing his face close and kissing my cheeks.

I wiped it off as he chuckled, just then Xander and Penny walked in and my heart thudded."wow,so is this a date or what?" He asked glaring at me as I gulped and continued to stare at my fingers.

"None, he's just being stupid" I replied before taking my feet but Xander eyes rooted me to my spot as he moved towards Caden.

"You can never have her,let it sink in" with that,he turned and walked away as penny threw me a scornful look...

I watched as Xander vibrated out of anger and what? Jealousy or possessiveness? I don't know but his attitude towards that bitch is annoying and I know it's all because of his mom.

We got to the D&L entry where several armed guards stood at different check point. The gate opened and Immediately I drove in.

"You don't wanna say something?" I asked, trying to make the atmosphere light but he didn't bulge instead he hissed loud for me to hear before getting out of the car.

He walked away, into the private building where him and Xavier have access to.

I brought out my phone and dialed Caden's phone and Immediately it went through. "Hey thanks chap,I appreciate" I said, puffing the cigarette in my mouth.

"Any time babe, besides when are we gonna meet Steph is asking for her next supply" he added as I looked around.

"I'll send it in when am chanced, just set my money" with that,I cut the call and sighed...

"You finally came in" Xavier said at the pool where girls caressed his chest as he played the snooker with a le***an. "Yeah, and why are they here? This place is highly prohibited to strangers and pests" I emphasized the pest as the girls threw a knowing glance at me.

"Oh chill man just wanna get some fun" he stated as I groaned. "I don't care,but the next supply will be for the general, tell your guards to go there,armed,the general is not a smiling man" I walked out of the place and got back to my car.

"Let's go" I said to penny...

I know am in for it once he gets back from God knows where but why did Caden call me up?and that too with Aurora's phone? The door creaked open revealing him as my heart began to beat very fast.

He walked fully into the room with a menacing look which made me tremble. "Did you enjoy his company?"he asked, walking closer to me as I moved backwards.

"Did you like the feeling of his lips on your cheeks?" He asked again,his hot breath fanning my skin as I shuddered. "Just know this,I don't share what's mine,next time I see you with any other guy, it'll be sorry" he whispered before pulling back and chuckling...

*Bridal shower*
The house boomed with music and chattering from both mother's and the girls. Megan tried pretending it was a marriage for love and not a forced one so she joined in every discussion possible.

Stephanie sat far from them, scrolling through her phone and giving Megan hungry glances. Megan tried to pretend about the sick effect it had on her but Stephanie's gaze never left her body.

She couldn't tell if Stephanie was a le***an or if she just found pleasure in looking at her but it made her sick to the stomach and she immediately stood up and ran to the kitchen to puke.

"Easy easy sweetheart" Steph said and tried rubbing Megan's back but Megan flinched.

"Don't touch me,am okay" he voice came out hoarse and gruffy. "I can handle myself" she added before noticing Steph's lingering gaze. It settled on her lips before going down to her cleavage and as Steph tried to reach her she dashed away in the dining...
