‎Thereafter, I led a delegation of Council officials on a condolence visit to the General Superintendent and Chairman of Conference of Qua Iboe Church, Nigeria, Rev. Ekpedeme Moffat Effanga, following the passing of his beloved mother, Deaconess Ime Moffat Effanga.
