Tinubu Commissions Landmark Projects in Adamawa
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on February 16, 2026, paid a one-day working visit to Adamawa State where he commissioned major projects executed by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri. The President described the projects as legacy investments designed to serve both present and future generations.
The commissioned projects include the Yola North Model Secondary School, Bekaji Underpass, expanded Galadima Aminu Way, the ultra-modern High Court Complex, and the new Governor’s Office in Yola.
President Tinubu commended Governor Fintiri for his visionary leadership and commitment to infrastructural and educational development, while Governor Fintiri appreciated the President for the visit and reaffirmed his support for the Federal Government.

The visit attracted dignitaries from across the North-East and beyond, marking a significant milestone in Adamawa’s development journey.
Notably, the Maya’s Movement Group came out in large numbers to warmly welcome and show strong support for President Tinubu. The Mayas Movement Group for APC convened a meeting today to discuss key agendas aimed at advancing the movement and the progress of the party. These included the registration of the association, the formal introduction of the new chairman in person of Mr. Markus Ayibuna Aka Bobo, and the structuring of the forum.
At the meeting, the newly appointed chairman(Mr. Markus Aka Bobo donated ₦20,000 to support the registration process and an additional ₦10,000 for the purchase of equipment for banner mounting, which is scheduled for Monday.

The APC Party Membership online registration exercise has officially commence on Monday, 5th January 2026.
This registration is open to both current members and individuals who wish to newly join the party. The exercise is designed to reinforce the party’s structure, ensure accurate record-keeping, and enhance transparency and accountability within the APC.
All individuals are required to come along with their National Identification Number (NIN) Voter's Identification Number (VIN), as registration cannot be completed without it. This requirement is necessary for proper verification and the creation of a reliable membership database.
Members and intending members are encouraged to take part fully and make their voices count as we work together to build a stronger, more inclusive, and forward-looking APC.

As a committed and passionate member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Hon. Mayas Muhammad, the APC Media Director, stood firmly alongside the party’s powerhouse figures, including the ever-inspiring Prof. Mustapha Atiku Ribadu, APC National Vice Chairman (North-East), the indomitable Comr. Barr. Mustapha Salihu, former and serving National Assembly Members, and other influential leaders in Ganye .
