JADA/MBULO 2027: WHO TRULY DESERVES THE MANDATE?

If representation is about competence, connection, character and capacity, then Hon. Jermeel Tunenso Farang deserves serious consideration.

As 2027 approaches, the people of Jada/Mbulo Constituency have an important decision to make. The question should not simply be who is contesting? It should be:

Who understands our people? Who understands the challenges of our communities? Who has the capacity to give Jada/Mbulo effective, modern and responsible representation?

For me, Hon. Jermeel Tunenso Farang stands out.

1. A YOUTH WITH MODERN UNDERSTANDING

Jermeel represents a generation that understands today’s realities.

Our young people are facing unemployment, limited opportunities, inadequate skills, poverty and uncertainty about the future. Women need greater economic opportunities and inclusion. Our elders need responsible representation that understands their needs and respects their contributions.

A representative must therefore understand not only the politics of yesterday, but also the realities of today and the possibilities of tomorrow.

Jermeel’s youthfulness, educational orientation and exposure give him the potential to approach these challenges with a modern mindset.

2. HE UNDERSTANDS THE COMMUNITY FROM WITHIN

There is a difference between knowing a constituency politically and knowing its people personally.

Jermeel is a grassroots son of the community. He has grown within the environment he seeks to represent. That gives him an important advantage: he understands the people beyond statistics and election figures.

He knows the communities, their aspirations, their frustrations and the everyday challenges confronting ordinary families.

That grassroots connection matters.

A legislator should not have to discover the problems of his constituents after winning an election. He should already understand them.

3. EDUCATION MUST TRANSLATE INTO REPRESENTATION

Education alone does not make someone a good legislator. But education, combined with humility, listening ability, perseverance and commitment to service, can become a powerful tool for effective representation.

Jermeel’s educational background and intellectual orientation are qualities that can help him understand legislation, government programmes, budgets, development policies and the institutional processes through which communities can demand results.

Jada/Mbulo deserves representation that can ask the right questions, understand the answers and defend the interests of the people intelligently.

4. CHARACTER MATTERS

Leadership is not only about what a person knows. It is also about how that person treats people.

Those who interact with Jermeel describe him as approachable, gentle and interactive. These qualities are important because a legislator should be accessible to the people—not only during campaigns, but throughout the entire tenure.

The people deserve a representative who listens before speaking, consults before deciding and treats constituents with dignity regardless of their political affiliation or social status.

5. PERSEVERANCE AND LEADERSHIP ZEAL

Leadership is rarely achieved overnight.

It requires patience, perseverance, courage and the willingness to continue pursuing a goal despite setbacks.

Jermeel’s supporters see these qualities in him. His aspiration reflects a desire to move from merely participating in community affairs to taking responsibility for representing the constituency at the legislative level.

That transition requires preparation—and that is why his capacity should be examined seriously.

6. REPRESENTATION SHOULD BE ABOUT CAPACITY, NOT JUST PARTY LABELS

Jada/Mbulo is bigger than any political party.

The people should judge every aspirant by character, competence, grassroots acceptance, educational capacity, accessibility, vision and ability to represent the constituency effectively.

If another candidate demonstrates stronger evidence on these criteria, that candidate should be given due consideration.

But if the question is:

Who among the aspirants combines youth, education, grassroots connection, accessibility, perseverance and a modern understanding of the challenges facing our people?

Then Hon. Jermeel Tunenso Farang deserves to be taken very seriously.

7. THE REAL TEST: WHAT CAN HE DO WITH THE OPPORTUNITY?

The strongest argument for Jermeel should not simply be that he is young or educated.

The stronger argument is that his knowledge and potential can become useful to the constituency if the people give him the opportunity to serve.

Jada/Mbulo needs a representative who can:

* Advocate for better education and skills development;
* Push for meaningful opportunities for young people;
* Support women’s economic empowerment;
* Champion better infrastructure and basic services;
* Engage government agencies on constituency needs;
* Maintain regular consultation with communities;
* Promote transparency and accountability; and
* Give the constituency a stronger voice in the State House of Assembly.

That is the standard by which every candidate should be measured.

THE PEOPLE MUST DECIDE

This is not about insulting opponents.

Every candidate deserves to present his credentials and vision to the people. But democracy also gives citizens the right to compare candidates and decide who is best prepared to serve.

For those of us who believe that Jada/Mbulo deserves a new generation of leadership—educated, accessible, grassroots-oriented, thoughtful and forward-looking—Hon. Jermeel Tunenso Farang presents a compelling option.

The mandate ultimately belongs to the people.

But when the time comes to ask:

“Who deserves the opportunity to represent Jada/Mbulo in 2027?”

My answer is clear:

HON. JERMEEL TUNENSO FARANG.

2027 — IN SHA ALLAH.

Competence. Character. Connection. Capacity.

JADA/MBULO DESERVES EFFECTIVE REPRESENTATION.

2027: The Nigerian Political Hiccups: Atiku Abubakar Has Paid His Dues.

Fellow Nigerians, compatriots, brothers and sisters, our great nation stands today at a crossroads — a defining point in history where our courage and our choices will determine the destiny of generations to come.

We are living through trying times. Our economy is gasping for breath. Prices are rising beyond the reach of the common man. Insecurity has crept into our villages, our farms, and even our homes. Many have lost faith in government; others have given up on leadership. Yet, in the midst of this uncertainty, one man stands — steady, tested, and unbroken — a leader who has weathered the fiercest storms and never abandoned the cause of Nigeria’s unity, democracy, and progress.

That man is Atiku Abubakar, the Waziri Adamawa, the Former Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and now the Leader of the ADC Coalition Alliance Nigeria.

Atiku Abubakar is not a stranger to service, sacrifice, or struggle. His entire political life has been dedicated to one mission to build a Nigeria that works for every Nigerian. From the trenches of democratic activism to the corridors of governance, Atiku has paid his dues fully, completely, and honorably.

When others fled from the heat of politics, he stood firm for democracy. When the powerful tried to silence the will of the people, he raised his voice for justice. When regional divisions threatened to tear this country apart, he built bridges of unity North to South, East to West, rich to poor, Christian to Muslim. Atiku has always believed that Nigeria is one family diverse, but destined to stand together.

And now, under the ADC Coalition Alliance, Atiku once again answers the call of history. The Alliance is not just a political platform it is a people’s movement, a coalition of visionaries, reformers, and patriots who believe that Nigeria must rise again. It is a force of renewal built on integrity, inclusion, and the courage to do what is right.

Fellow Nigerians, the time for excuses is over. The time for real leadership is now. And that leadership lies in the capable hands of Atiku Abubakar a man who understands our challenges, feels our pains, and has the capacity and experience to turn things around.

Atiku knows the farmer in Adamawa who cannot take his crops to market because of bad roads and insecurity. He knows the youth in Lagos and Kano searching endlessly for jobs that never come. He knows the mother in Enugu struggling to feed her children amidst inflation. He knows because he listens he has walked among the people, not above them.

Under his vision, Nigeria will rise again with policies that create jobs, empower small businesses, revive industries, and secure our communities. His dream is a Nigeria where every child, regardless of tribe or tongue, can go to school; where every young person can dream boldly and achieve; where our elders can live in dignity and peace.

Atiku’s belief in democracy is not theoretical it is practical, it is lived, and it is tested. He has stood against dictatorships. He has built political bridges when others burned them. He has worked with leaders across the world to promote good governance, peace, and development. That is the kind of experience Nigeria needs in this hour of national testing.

The ADC Coalition Alliance is more than an alliance it is the rebirth of a vision. It brings together men and women from all political backgrounds who share a common goal: to rescue Nigeria from the shackles of bad governance, corruption, and mismanagement. With Atiku at the helm, the ADC Alliance is ready to restore the lost hope of millions of Nigerians who still believe in a better tomorrow.

Let us be clear: Nigeria cannot afford another lost decade. We cannot continue on a path where our youths are jobless, our currency worthless, and our future uncertain. We need a stabilizing hand, a listening heart, and a reform-minded leader. We need Atiku Abubakar a man who has paid his dues, earned his stripes, and proven his love for this nation beyond politics.

Today, we call on every Nigerian from the north to the south, from the east to the west to rise above division and rally behind this great mission. Let us come together as one people, one voice, one movement for change under the ADC Coalition Alliance.

Atiku is not just a candidate he is a cause. A cause for hope. A cause for renewal. A cause for unity and progress.

So, let the message ring from the mountains of Taraba to the creeks of the Niger Delta; from the streets of Kano to the plains of Adamawa; from the markets of Onitsha to the heart of Abuja Nigeria shall rise again!

Let us march with courage and conviction, because the future we dream of is possible. Let us speak with one voice, because our unity is our greatest strength. Let us vote with faith, because we believe in a Nigeria that works for all.

Atiku Abubakar has paid his dues and now, he stands ready to lead a new dawn of hope, peace, and prosperity.

Together under the ADC Coalition Alliance, we shall rebuild this nation stronger, fairer, and better than ever before.

Long live Atiku Abubakar!
Long live the ADC Coalition Alliance!
Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria!

My Response to the Former Vice President’s Statement on ADC Leadership in Adamawa State
With due respect to the former Vice President, I wish to state that the recent congratulatory message on the inauguration of Hon. Sadiq Dasin as ADC Chairman in Adamawa State does not reflect the true situation within the party.
Unlike Engineer Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso of Kano a true political architect known for fairness, vision, and discipline the current development in Adamawa ADC lacks proper coordination and consensus among genuine stakeholders.
The inauguration of Kumsiri, conducted on Sunday, stands as the more authentic and legitimate process, unlike the mere celebrations of empty titles and illegally issued positions. The creation of this so called chairmanship appears influenced by a former governor who seems desperate for political control especially envying the recent funds allocated to governors across the 36 states of the federation.
It is now evident that these crises are being deliberately orchestrated by the same former governor from the Northern Zone, believing that by assigning the chairmanship to the Central Zone, he could secure a ticket for himself from the North for the remainder of his political ambitions.
For clarity, the ADC in Adamawa must rise above manipulation and return to the path of fairness, truth, and genuine leadership.
