Dear Honorable Prime Minister,

Most of us Nepalese are very satisfied with the government’s performance, even though there may have been some shortcomings in the rescue operations. We completely understand that this was not a minor flood. It was a huge and devastating disaster. Given the scale of the disaster, hats off to the government for its level of response and performance. Thank you very much.

Dear Prime Minister,

Now we want you to participate actively in every relevant international summit and raise Nepal’s voice against the countries that are largely responsible for climate change. We also urge the government to consider filing a case before an appropriate international court or international legal forum against countries responsible for contributing significantly to climate change.

We want Nepal to lead this global voice for climate justice. Our country should stand at the forefront and make the world hear the concerns of nations like Nepal, which are suffering the consequences of a crisis we have contributed very little to creating.

Nepal should not remain silent. Nepal should lead the voice for climate justice.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

सम्माननिय प्रधनमन्त्री ज्यु,
सर्वप्रथम त सरकारले इतिहासमै सबैभन्दा ठूलो बिपत आउदा आफुसङ्ग भएको सिमित स्रोत र साधनलाइ जुन तरिकाले परिचालन गर्नु भयो त्यो साच्चिक्कै सराहनिय छ, त्यही माथी गृहमन्त्रीको त्यो खटाइले जनताको सरकार नै हो भन्ने जनाउछ । अब बिज्ञ इन्जिनियरहरु (हाइड्रो, सडक, इलेक्ट्रीकल तथा अन्य) को एउटा मजबुत टिम बनाउनु पर्ने आवश्यकता छ जसले उचित परामर्श, सुझाव र अध्ययन गरेर यो महाबिपतको उचित व्यवस्थापनका साथै दिर्गकालिन पुनर्संरचनाको खाका यसरी कोरोस कि फेरि फेरि यस्ता बाढिहरुबाट यत्रो धनजनको क्षती भोग्नु नपरोस । 🙏🙏🙏🙏 हामिलाइ सरकारको क्षमता माथी पूरा बिश्वास छ साथै सरकारले पनि आफ्नो जनसक्तीमाथी पूरा बिस्वाश राख्नु पर्छ । धन्यवाद ।
