Training Phase of Atom Launchpad Successfully Completed!

We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the Youth Upskilling training phase of Atom Launchpad: Youth Upskilling Program 2026.

Made possible with the valuable funding support of the Youth Empowerment Fund (YEF), this phase equipped participating youths with practical skills, professional confidence and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Young participants will connect directly with HR professionals and industry experts, creating pathways to internships, placements, employment and recruitment opportunities.

🗣️ 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝!

Yesterday, Atom Launchpad successfully conducted an engaging and interactive session on 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬, facilitated by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐊𝐂, Placement Coordinator at 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤.

The session helped participants understand that effective communication is not only about speaking—it is also about listening attentively, expressing ideas clearly and building meaningful professional relationships.

Through practical discussions and interactive activities, participants explored:

✅ Verbal and non-verbal communication
✅ Active listening and confident expression
✅ Professional and workplace communication
✅ Presentation and public-speaking skills
✅ Overcoming communication barriers
✅ Building confidence for interviews and networking

🚀 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟏 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐩𝐚𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝!

Yesterday marked an inspiring beginning to the 𝐀𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐩𝐚𝐝: 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐔𝐩𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

The first training session on 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 was successfully delivered by Mr. Sagar Thapa—Project Executor and Facilitator, Trainer, Mentor, Lecturer, Researcher and RLD Manager.

During the session, participants explored:

✅ Developing an entrepreneurial mindset
✅ Identifying real-world problems
✅ Understanding the design-thinking process
✅ Transforming problems into practical solutions
✅ Developing and delivering compelling pitches

The session encouraged participants to think beyond conventional career paths, identify opportunities within everyday challenges and approach problem-solving with creativity, empathy and confidence.

We are delighted to announce the successful orientation session for the 𝐀𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐩𝐚𝐝: 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐔𝐩𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, conducted in collaboration with 𝐑𝐋𝐃/𝐓𝐁𝐈𝐂 at Texas College.

Following an overwhelming response from more than 𝟏𝟏𝟓 applicants, 𝟔𝟎 promising young people from diverse academic backgrounds were selected to begin this transformative journey.

Supported by the 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝 (𝐘𝐄𝐅), powered by the Global Youth Mobilization and funded by the EU International Partnerships, this initiative demonstrates the power of investing directly in youth-led solutions.

Over the next two months, participants will strengthen their practical and career-readiness skills through hands-on learning in:

✅ CV, LinkedIn and personal branding
✅ Communication and interview preparation
✅ AI tools and digital productivity
✅ Freelancing and entrepreneurship
✅ Financial literacy and workplace readiness

Implemented with the support of 𝐌𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐢 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 and our valued institutional partners, Atom Launchpad aims to go beyond conventional training. We are building a long-term support ecosystem that connects young people with mentors, employers, internships, professional networks and meaningful opportunities.

The orientation marked more than the beginning of a training program—it marked the launch of 𝟔𝟎 new journeys filled with ambition, confidence and possibility. 🌟

Atom LaunchPad Youth Upskilling Program 2026

Are you a Bachelor’s or Master’s level student, fresh graduate, or young job seeker looking to build practical career skills and become more job-ready?

Atom LaunchPad is launching its Youth Upskilling Program 2026 to help young people strengthen their career readiness through practical training, mentorship, digital skills, CV and LinkedIn support, interview preparation, workplace readiness, final presentations, and internship/job fair exposure with HR representatives.

This initiative is being implemented with the support of the Youth Empowerment Fund through Global Youth Mobilization, funded by the European Union, and in collaboration with local academic and implementation partners including Texas College / Texas Intl Education Network.

Through this program, selected youth will learn:
