नेपालको संघीयता, समावेशिता र राज्य पुनर्संरचनाबारेको बहस फेरि एकपटक तीव्र भएको छ। यसै सन्दर्भमा जनता समाजवादी पार्टी नेपालका अध्यक्ष तथा पूर्वउपप्रधानमन्त्री उपेन्द्र यादवले संघीयता खारेज गर्नुपर्ने तर्कलाई अस्वीकार गर्दै यसलाई अझ सुदृढ र प्रभावकारी बनाउनु नै देशको हितमा हुने बताएका छन्। उनले संघीयताको १० वर्षे अभ्यासको समीक्षा गर्दै समावेशितामा प्रगति भए पनि राज्यको निर्णायक शक्ति संरचना अझै असन्तुलित रहेको टिप्पणी गरेका छन्।
