From the Speaker to the Chairperson, these roles ensure discussions stay orderly, fair, and

Beyond the Ballot Box ✊✨

An engaging and powerful dialogue brought together youth leaders from major political parties to discuss the rising influence of Gen Z in shaping Nepal’s political future. From policy-making participation to the challenges of representation, the conversation highlighted both the barriers and the bold potential of young voices.

With insights from Jamuna Sharma-Bidushi (RSP), Gaurav Pandey(NC), Binay Shah (UML), Hari Dhakal (NCP), and Sushma Mishra (RPP), and moderated by Asmita KC (journalist), the session explored how youth wings can go beyond mobilization to become true drivers of democratic practice.

💬 Key takeaways:
• Youth must be included in decision-making, not just representation
• Structural barriers still limit young leaders’ influence
• Youth wings need greater autonomy and impact within parties

Gen Z is not waiting for change—they are creating it. 🚀
