🌱 From Trainee to Trainer! At Jaraa Social Venture, we believe learning creates opportunities. Er. Bishwo Shrestha first joined our vermicomposting training in March 2024, where he learned to transform household kitchen waste into nutrient-rich compost. Through consistent practice and dedication, he developed his skills and recently returned as our lead facilitator for a one-day compost-making training organized by the Shri Thasikhel Women's Group and the Ward No. 5 Health Implementation Committee. During the session, participants learned practical composting, kitchen gardening, and vegetable cultivation techniques, taking another step toward building greener, more sustainable communities. We are proud to see knowledge being shared, communities being empowered, and today's trainee becoming tomorrow's trainer. 💚♻️

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to facilitate a one-day compost bin building training, organized by the Shri Thasikhel Women's Group (2083 B.S.) in collaboration with the Ward 5 Health Implementation Committee.
The training was successfully completed, with participants learning about the importance of kitchen gardening, practical vegetable cultivation techniques, and the step-by-step process of preparing compost fertilizer. It was wonderful to see the participants actively engage in the hands-on session and strengthen their knowledge of sustainable waste management and home gardening.
We sincerely appreciate the organizers and all the participants for making this program a success.
