काठमाडौंको अनामनगरबाट कञ्चनपुर, कृष्णपुर नगरपालिका-९ का २२ वर्षीय राहुल बुढाथोकीलाई प्रहरीले फिसिङ ठगीको आरोपमा पक्राउ गरेको छ। प्रहरीका अनुसार, बुढाथोकीले विभिन्न व्यक्तिहरुलाई एसएमएसमार्फत नक्कली लिङ्क (फिसिङ लिङ्क) पठाएर उनीहरुको बैंक खाताको विवरण हासिल गरी अनधिकृत रुपमा ९ करोडभन्दा बढी रकम निकालेका थिए। अनुसन्धानमा उनले उक्त रकम आफ्नो फोनपे खातामा ट्रान्सफर गरेको र ४ हजारभन्दा बढी व्यक्ति यस ठगीको शिकार भएको पाइएको छ। यो घटनाले अनलाइन सुरक्षा र डिजिटल ठगीबाट बच्न थप सचेत रहनुपर्ने सन्देश दिएको छ।

काठमाडौं उपत्यकामा वायु प्रदूषणको मात्रा फेरि एकपटक उच्च बिन्दुमा पुगेको छ। विशेषगरी जाडो महिना सकिएर गर्मी सुरु भएसँगै वायुमण्डलमा धुलो र अन्य हानिकारक कणहरूको उपस्थिति बाक्लिएको छ। यसले गर्दा उपत्यकाको आकाश धुम्मिल देखिएको छ भने सर्वसाधारणको स्वास्थ्यमा नकारात्मक असर पर्न थालेको छ।
वायु प्रदूषणका मुख्य कारणहरूमा सवारी साधनबाट निस्कने धुवाँ, निर्माण कार्यबाट उड्ने धुलो, इँटा भट्टाबाट निस्कने धुवाँ, र फोहोर जलाउँदा उत्पन्न हुने विषাক্ত ग्यासहरू रहेका छन्। यस्ता प्रदूषणका कारण श्वासप्रश्वास सम्बन्धी समस्या, आँखा चिलाउने, छालाको एलर्जी जस्ता समस्याहरू देखिन सक्छन्। बालबालिका, वृद्धवृद्धा र दीर्घरोगीहरू यसको जोखिममा बढी पर्ने गर्दछन्।
यस्तो अवस्थामा हामी सबैले सावधानी अपनाउनु आवश्यक छ। घरबाहिर निस्कँदा मास्कको प्रयोग गर्ने, अनावश्यक सवारी साधनको प्रयोग कम गर्ने, र वातावरणलाई स्वच्छ राख्ने कार्यमा सहयोग पुर्याउनु पर्दछ। साथै, सरकारले पनि प्रदूषण नियन्त्रणका लागि थप प्रभावकारी कदम चाल्नु जरुरी छ।
