Vijaya Nagar is a small village in Chitwan district of Nepal. It is the ward number 8 of the Mangalpur VDC. It's close to Narayani river and lies about ten kilometers west from the city of Narayangarh and about 3 kilometers away from Rampur. There are Chhetris, Rais, Magars, Gurungs, Tamangs, Newars and Tharus with their own mother tongues in addition to the people of different castes whose mother tongue is the proper Nepali language.
