Another year down for this year's incredible Upstanders Crew!! They delivered a flawless performance & NAILED it!! 👌👏👏 'How to be an Upstander' was demonstrated to our Kura & many wonderful whanau who attended yesterday.

They are such kind kids & even snuck in a few gifts for me when I wasn't looking lol ♥️🥹Kapai U.C!

There are no words to even put this deep tragedy into perspective 💔💔😓 we work in bullying prevention to try & prevent dreadful times like this it's so heartbreaking for the families involved 😓 a 13 year old boy has been detained & my heart goes out to all in the aftermath 💔 we must work harder as lives are being lost & destroyed.

The incident took place on Great King St with dozens of high school students in the area. A teenage male has been taken into custody and will appear in court on Friday.

Neurofit PLD with Growth Culture today! Features "hot off the press" info around ASD, ADHD, PDAB & had rich sessions for our awesome teachers, Senco & our amazing Teacher Aides & specialist teachers!

All so we can learn how to better support our wonderful tamariki 💪♥️ bullying is part of life with some of our children on the spectrum sadly.. BUT we have an amazing Upstanders crew (19 pictured) ready to support their peers!! ✌️💪
