The kids and I went out and delivered our Christmas newsletter today 🎅 Unfortunately some people missed out as there were some places I couldn't stop and let them out safely. Also, it turns out we didn't print quite enough so if you don't have one of these in your letterbox and you want to take part in our annual comeptition please do! We love seeing all the festive letterboxes! The kids were excited to see some already decorated 🎄

Hi to all our wonderful customers. This post is to apologise to those who are unhappy with the times they have been receiving their deliveries - mail, parcels and especially the Herald. We do appreciate that you expect things to arrive at a decent hour and we are truly sorry that we cannot achieve that at the moment. We have just arrived home now. If you live near the end of the run (Inland, Wishart and the first part of Old North) your deliveries will be late as that is the time we reach your address. Unfortunately, this is likely to continue for the next couple of weeks. Our day starts at 4am and we are doing the best we can. Please do feel free to contact us if there is anything we can help with. Christmas is coming!

Update - the plan until we hear otherwise is to hold all deliveries for those addresses inside the traffic light area. I know this is not ideal. Residents in that area are welcome to message me or email [email protected] and I will organise getting those deliveries to you (mail and parcels). If you know someone who is affected by this please let them know. This is only temporary and we should have a better alternative early next week.

This one is for all Wishart Rd residents. As you know, the entire road will be closed for a few months - all the way to Christmas! We will be able to access right up to the worksite (where the traffic lights are now) and I am currently working on a solution for those who live in that section we won't be able to get to. We will not be handing your mail or parcels to traffic management people. I know that work starts on Monday and should have an answer for you tomorrow. We will update this post when we hear.

Good morning everyone. Gosh it has been a while since I last posted! Hope all is well and that everyone is staying warm and dry in this crazy weather. Just a quick note... As I was taking the kids to school this morning I noticed quite a few rubbish/recycling bins blocking access to letterboxes. In future, when you are putting your bins out, please be mindful that we need to be able to access your letterbox for deliveries. If your neighbours are new to rural life, or don't know yet, could you please pass this on. Thank you all so much 😊

We did it!!! What a crazy day today but soooo much fun! Everything that arrived today was delivered safe and sound 😊 Thank you all for your patience, especially these past few weeks. We have had some days finishing close to 9pm and yet you are always happy to see us! Thank you for your smiles and waves each day and for letting us know when there is something that needs sorting out. You are all amazing and we feel very lucky to be a part of the best little community! The kids had a very hard time choosing just one letterbox this afternoon (getting 4 to agree on one thing isn't always easy lol) but there was a clear winner!! Next year they want to have a runner up too as there were just so many incredible creations. We had entire gateways decorated as well as letterboxes this year. Tinsel, lights, motion sensor figures, decorations inside and out of letterboxes, edible treats for the judges... there were just so many awesome ones! You guys went all out and we loved it! I'm sure all of these beautiful letterboxes have made many people smile as they drive past. The winner this year had Santa's sleigh and all of the reindeer carefully created from wood with Rudolph leading the way. It must have taken them hours!!! If you're heading along Peak Rd you just might see it!
There will be no deliveries now until the 27th so we will see you then.

Woohoo it's Christmas Eve!!! We will have both vans out today and anything that makes it to Helensville we will get out to you. Fingers crossed that what you are waiting for turns up today🤞 It has been super exciting to see so many decorated letterboxes!! The kids are looking forward to judging later this afternoon. Take care out on the roads, it was very busy yesterday. If there is anything you need or that we can do just flick us a message. Have a fabulous day!!

Hi everyone 😊 we are well and truly into the silly season now. As you know we don't do Saturday deliveries any more, but we are at the moment to keep up with all the freight. You may see both vans out on Saturdays and sometimes Sundays too. During the week we have been finishing after 7pm some nights. Please remember to check your letterbox before dark in the evenings. If we have your number we will text to let you know there is something there. We will not be leaving parcels in letterboxes over the weekend.
Yes, we will be running another Decorate Your Mailbox competition. I just haven't had time to get that letter out yet. It will be soon! It was so cool to see some letterboxes decorated today 😊 Please be patient with us over the next couple of weeks and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or issues. We are always happy to help.

Hi everyone 😊 it is that time of year when we need to be extra vigilant. Letterbox thieves are around again and just a week or so ago we witnessed a burglary. It is quite worrying that this is happening in our beautiful community, particularly in broad daylight on a relatively busy road. We will always take note of anything suspicious or out of the ordinary. Please keep an eye on things around you and look out for your neighbours. Our days are getting longer so if you live near the end of the run we will be getting to you later. Check your box at the end of each day - we may not have been by the time you get home from work (especially if you are on Inland or Wishart). As always, if there is anything you need just let us know. We are here for you.
