Showing up for yourself isn't easy, but you can absolutely become the person that you always needed.

It looks like spending time with yourself in safe ways, maybe even just in little moments at first - getting to know your internal patterns, sensitivities, habits, and triggers.
It's allowing space for messiness, and learning to bring in more compassion and curiosity.
It's accepting that whatever is here is here for a reason,
and that you are inherently worthy and good.
It's letting yourself sit with discomfort without making it mean anything about who you are.

It's hard to be a person. Really hard sometimes.
But it's also incredibly beautiful, joyful, and mindblowing at times.

You are really everything wrapped up in one body —
give yourself the grace, patience, love, and attunement to be present to all of your parts.
