Onewhero Community Pool Committee The Onewhero Community Pool Committee manages public access to the Onewhero Pool Complex for locals over the summer months.

We sell a limited number of keys to access the pools, which are available for purchase in December.

Morena Key Holders
The pool will close for the season at the end of the day on Monday 6th April.

A big thank you to those (our volunteers and users) who looked after the area and helped keep our swimming pool as an awesome community resource... it is up to EVERYONE to do this so that we are able to continue to have it available in the summer months. So respecting the rules, the pool area, the school and other users is an important part of this.

A quick reminder with school starting back tomorrow the pool is not open to public,
Mon - Fri 8.00am - 3.15pm.

Also, Swim Club will be starting next week, so on Tuesdays and Thursdays Swim Club will be using the pool til 5.45pm. This is for 6 weeks from 10th Feb til 12th March.
The pool is open to the public after these times.

Kia ora koutou.
This weather right?! This morning we have found we dont have water supply to the pool area at the moment.
We are trying to fix the problem.

Big pool - open as usual.

Little pool - only half full - -please stay out as chemical levels are not right.

Toilets - no water - please dont use.

Hopefully we get this sorted today 🙏

Reminder to key holders

Please ensure we are respecting our community pool and following the rules.

*Children under 14 years of age shouldn't be at the swimming pool without adult supervision.

*no moving picnic tables to pool side, or next to the fence.
*no moving outdoor furniture from the school.
*pick up your own rubbish and take it with you.
*Do not touch or destroy properly that is not yours.

There was an incident yesterday where somebody has destroyed a large soft toy (doll) and the stuffing ended up in the pool. This could have had major impact on the filter and pump system. Luckily 1 of our onto it pool users saw it and removed it, so thank you very much to them and their helpers.

So, Let's look after our space whaanau!!

Update....The bar in the big pool will be fixed next week, until then please stear clear of that area. Thanks 😊

We have now sold out of pool keys.
If we have your name already we will be in contact in the next day or so to collect your key.

Enjoy the pools, follow the rules and if it looks like there are quite a few people already using them, please consider trying at another time. This will also help keep chemical levels correct 😊

Yes, our awesome Onewhero school pool will be open for use this 🌞

Key sales will take place in front of the office
at OAS.

Key dates 📅

📅 Key sales
Sat 6th: 10am - 12noon
Tues 9th: 3pm - 6pm

📅 Pool will open to Key holders from
9am on the 10th Dec

There will be 80 keys 🔑
$90 per Key.

Proof of address may be required, sales limited to residents of Onewhero & surrounding areas south of the Tuakau bridge.

Payments can be cash or bank transfer on site. Please do not re-pay as this will not guarantee you a key.
