New Year Message
On behalf of the Staff and Management of Mt Lemina Lodge
As we stand at the close of 2025 and look toward a new year, we invite ourselves to pause, not to rush into resolutions or lists of “shoulds,” but to slow down long enough to truly reflect. December 31st is not about forcing change; it is about understanding where our time, energy and attention truly mattered and where they did not.
The year behind us was not perfect. It carried both wins and losses, growth and goodbyes. We welcomed people and opportunities that strengthened our journey and we also experienced the loss of others and the closing of seasons we did not expect. At times, 2025 was messy, unpredictable and even disappointing. Yet through it all, God remained present, offering clarity, strength and guidance. The year showed us what truly deserves our energy and what quietly drains it.
Instead of promising ourselves a flawless year ahead, we choose first to honour what shaped us, the lessons learned, the growth earned and even the struggles that refined us. We trust that God uses every season both joyful and difficult for our growth. Reflection is not passive; it is preparation.
As the clock ticks toward a new year, we focus less on doing more and more on doing what aligns with our values, our purpose and the peace God offers. We step into this next chapter with intention deciding what to carry forward and what we are ready to leave behind. Change is not something to fear; it is a reminder that God is still at work, leading us forward.
The year ahead calls for unity, adaptability and a renewed commitment to excellence, care and teamwork. With faith, clarity, and quiet confidence, we step into the new year guided not by expectation, but by trust in God’s direction.
On behalf of the staff and management of Mt Lemina Lodge, we thank you for your dedication, resilience and support throughout 2025. May God’s grace guide us in the year ahead, bringing good health, meaningful opportunities, continued growth and unity for us all.
