*Condemnation of the actions by NK DDA CEO Camilus Ombalo and calls for peace in K*m Wards 1 and 2*

The fight erupted on the 5th of July and continued to the 6th of July after the opening of houseman by Wilson William, the native Yene from K*m Ward 2. The NK DDA CEO, Camilus Ombalo, came twice to Kapit village prior to the opening of the houseman. Mr. Omablo said that building a house at your place is not right, and he said you must not open that houseman. Mr. Ombalo warned them not to open the houseman, but all the leaders and elites of K*m Wards 1 and 2 came together and officially opened the houseman in front of Poroma Councilors, including the Deputy President Hon. Irone, Poroma Ward 2 Councilor Simen, Kusa Wards 1 and 2 Councilors, Taitus Wepa and Emeya Pu with the leaders and elites of K*m Wards 1 and 2 despite the road blocks put up by the clan's men of the NK DDA CEO Camilus Ombalo as confirmed by video circulated. The road block was set up by the head teacher of Mandamap Primary School, Rex Sandap, the teacher of Kesu Kusa Primary School, Jerry John, Jeff Pakulam the teacher at Kapit Primary School, the Camilus Ombalo's brother Philip Ombalo.

The properties of those people were lost in the hands of those of those who were paid by Rex Sandap through money given by Mr. Ombalo.
