Leader Who Walks, Not Just Talks.

Stephen Kuli Titip never gets tired of going back to the people of Western Highlands, walking the ground, visiting schools, and personally checking the impact of the generators he delivered.

And the results speak for themselves.

Teachers are empowered, students are learning better, and communities are filled with gratitude. The emotional from parents and locals, some even moved to tears, shows the depth of his impact.

This is not politics. This is service.

Stephen Kuli Titip is not just leading. He is changing lives. That is what makes him one of the finest examples of true leadership.

there are rare people still living amongst us.

The ICCC announcement to bring fuel prices back to March rates effective 16th April 2026 is a welcome relief for all Papua New Guineans.

However, there are serious questions that must be addressed regarding the reported K100 million fuel relief funding. This is taxpayers’ money, and the public deserves full transparency.

Who will manage the procurement and distribution of these funds to fuel distributors? What system is in place to ensure fair allocation and prevent misuse? Most importantly, who will monitor and audit this process to guarantee that the benefits reach the consumers?

While the price reduction is appreciated, accountability and transparency must come first. ICCC and relevant authorities must clearly outline how this funding will be managed to maintain public trust.

Fuel price increases will directly affect all of us. PMV operators, buses, and taxis will likely raise their fares to meet higher operating costs. This means employees, students and the general public will face higher daily travel expenses just to get to work, school and daily activities

Rising fuel costs will impact small and medium-sized businesses, as transport and logistics become more expensive. Many daily activities will become harder to manage as the cost of living continues to rise.

This is not just about fuel, it’s about the growing pressure on families, workers, students, and businesses. The impact will be felt ⛽️.

These pressures will push us back to our stone ahe life or maybe the end of days signs and wonders

PNG DF Recruitment Drive 2026

As a patriotic PNG citizen, It is deeply concerning to see political leaders stepping into areas that should remain independent and professionally managed.

The recruitment and management of the PNG Defence Force must be left to its established hierarchy and human resource (HR) systems, which are designed to uphold merit, discipline, and national security standards.

When leaders interfere in such processes, it risks undermining proper procedures, weakening institutions, and creating confusion within the system. Strong democracies are built on respect for roles, systems, and the rule of law, not on influence or control over every arm of the state.

We must protect the integrity of our institutions by allowing them to function independently and professionally. Let the right systems work as intended, so that our country remains stable, fair, and governed by principle, not interference.

Holding a ministerial title does not grant the authority to interfere in every process. Even a responsible minister must respect the established systems, the chain of command, and the professional roles within the PNG Defence Force.

Leadership is not about overstepping boundaries. It is about upholding them. When proper procedures are ignored, it weakens institutions and undermines the very foundation of our democracy.

Respect the system. Let professionals do their job. That is how we protect the integrity and stability of our nation.

These videos are going viral on social media exposing names (I just got the screenshot).

My People
My Province
My Land

Stephen Kuli Titip is a leader whose actions speak louder than words, actions rooted in commitment, vision, and a genuine heart to serve the people of Western Highlands Province.

Despite his demanding professional responsibilities, he makes time to travel across Western Highlands province from district to district, LLG to LLG, and community to community. He walks among the people, sits with clans and Tribes, and listens. He does not rely on reports alone; he sees for himself the true condition of roads, bridges, schools, health centers, and essential services like water and electricity. His leadership is not built on theory, it is grounded in reality.

Since 2017, he has quietly and consistently invested his own time and resources into uplifting communities in W.H.P. He has seen struggling schools with deteriorating classrooms and stepped in where help was needed, supplying roofing iron to complete buildings that once stood unfinished. In some of the most remote parts of W.H.P, he has provided more than 14 generators to primary schools, bringing light where there was once darkness.

These generators have transformed learning environments. Teachers are no longer limited to chalk and blackboards; they now have the ability to prepare lessons, tests, and assignments more effectively. Students are learning in a better, more supportive environment. Some of these primary schools have even grown and progressed into high school standards. Through this simple but powerful support, he has lifted the standard of education and restored hope in places once forgotten.

His energy, consistency, and passion for service have never wavered. He understands his Province, his land, his people, and the challenges at every level because he has walked the journey with them. (Those photos are the evidence of his travel throughout W.H.P).

Stephen Kuli Titip represents a kind of leadership built on action, connection, and long-term commitment. His track record shows that he is not only willing but truly capable of carrying greater responsibility for the people of Western Highlands Province.

This is not a campaign. This is who he is.

This is not something he started for a year, two years, or five years. This is a passion he discovered within himself, a calling to serve that has driven him for many years and will continue to guide him into the future. This becomes his hobby.

May God bless this kind and humble heart—a heart that continues to give, to serve, and to uplift the people of Western Highlands Province.

Prime Minister, Hon. James Marape, has made a prudent and timely decision in suspending the eviction exercise in Port Moresby. Notably, areas such as Garden Hills and Morata One have been under eviction status for more than seven years, with little to no visible development undertaken during that period. Proceeding with further evictions without clear and structured development plans raises serious concerns.

Additionally, such evictions would have left many families homeless, creating significant social and humanitarian challenges.

The suspension therefore reflects a responsible and considerate approach, allowing for proper planning, consultation, and implementation of meaningful development initiatives before any further action is taken. This is indeed a commendable decision.

Prime Minister James Marape has called for an immediate slowdown of eviction exercises currently taking place in parts of the National Capital District, urging all parties involved to act with compassion and responsibility while Government works towards long-term solutions.

Prime Minister Marape said he had been advised of ongoing evictions being carried out under court orders and appealed to those holding such orders to exercise restraint.
