Yoga isn't just about twisting and turning. Pranayama, (BREATH) the third limb of yoga, teaches us that breath is the key to life. It's the foundation of everything we do in life , including yoga.

During the weekend, we had the pleasure of guiding a Solo trekker from the US Embassy, on a one-day experience on the Kokoda Trail. ⛰️🇺🇸

“For someone who can drink quite a bit when in the mood to, smokes and does almost no voluntary physical exercise or activity, I say this was bloody tough.

But I did it purposely.
I did it because, habits are damn hard to break, and sometimes it takes drastic measures and getting out of your comfort zone to break them. And s**t was I way out of mine with this one! I've walked almost 3 days but mainly on flat land - 1 day on Kokoda is something else!

I did alright though and pushed on to the end, and back, and I sure am proud of myself!
Thanks to Tru Warrior Adventures ,
I can renew my adventurous spirit and do these things with people who I know also have a deep respect and love for our country, land and people.

I can also inspire myself to do better and go further because I surprised myself at what I achieved despite my less than fit and heathy condition.
This trek really is worth every Toea and I will be there for as many more as I can! 💪”
