The Libang Barangay Council led by Hon. Maria Victoria N. Tagala presents the selected beneficiaries of the Bawat Barangay Makikinabang (BBM) Scholarship Program, an initiative of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

Prior to the selection of qualified students, an announcement regarding the scholarship opportunity was made through the official Facebook account of Hon. Maria Victoria N. Tagala and posted on the community bulletin board. This was done to ensure that the information was accessible to interested residents and that the selection process was conducted with transparency and fairness based on the guidelines.

The beneficiaries were selected based on the prescribed qualifications and requirements of the program. They received their scholarship grant on September 15, 2026 personally appearing before the Punong Barangay for the purpose of receiving the grant.

This scholarship aims to provide meaningful support to deserving students as they continue their studies and work toward achieving their academic goals.

The Libang Barangay Council remains committed to transparency, fairness, and accountability in the implementation of programs and services for the community.
