The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Bayandong will be having a 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐒𝐤𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐚: 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 on 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭-𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, at 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔.𝗠 at the 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹.

We are inviting all children aged 7 to 12 years old to join us for this special Holy Week activity. This is prepared especially for them to watch, learn, and reflect through a film featuring stories from the movie entitled 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲, in a way suited to their age.

Love can be shown in simple acts of care, kindness, and thoughtfulness. Valentine’s Day celebrates this love in every form for everyone, from the young to the old, from the shy to the outgoing, from the quiet to the playful, from the dreamers to the doers, from the in-love to the heartbroken. It is a day to appreciate family, friends, neighbors, our community, special someone, and even ourselves.

We regret to announce that the Adolescent Health and Development Forum, originally scheduled tomorrow, October 18, 2025, has been cancelled due to the expected effects of Tropical Depression Ramil.

The decision was made upon the advice of the Rural Health Unit (RHU) Bacacay, following the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) Advisory No. 2025-38.

The safety of all participants and staff is our top priority. Please stay safe and indoors as much as possible.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Bayandong will hold an 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 with the theme “Empowered Youth, Informed Choices: Protecting Mental Health, Reproductive Heath, and the Future" for youth 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝟭𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟵 years old on 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, from 𝟴:𝟯𝟬 𝗮.𝗺. 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟮 𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹.

This forum is for youth empowerment, aiming to deepen their understanding of the many challenges that come with adolescence and help them make responsible choices for their well-being.

This will cover a range of essential and relevant topics, including:
- Understanding Adolescence
- Teenage Pregnancy
- Smoking and Va**ng Cessation
- Mental Health Awareness

Serving as guest speakers are 𝗠𝘀. 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗕. 𝗡𝗮𝘇 (RHM III and AHD Alternate Coordinator of RHU Bacacay) and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗜𝘃𝘆 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗕. 𝗕𝗮ñ𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀, 𝗥𝗡 (Population Program Officer I of the Albay Provincial Health Office).

This initiative is in line with the shared commitment of 𝗥𝗛𝗨 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗰𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗛𝗢 𝗔𝗹𝗯𝗮𝘆 to guide the youth in making informed and responsible decisions for their health and future. The SK Bayandong is honored to support this meaningful program and assist in engaging the local youth. Together with RHU Bacacay and PHO Albay, the SK remains committed to creating spaces where young people can learn, listen, and grow. The youth are encouraged not to miss this opportunity to learn, be informed, become aware, and get involved.
