Today, October 1, 2026, a concerned mother sought help and guidance from the CBDRP Office for her son’s treatment and recovery from the ill-effects of illegal drugs.

Let us remember that responsible love is not about tolerating harmful behavior. It is about setting boundaries, seeking help, and lifting our loved ones toward recovery. Let us not give up on them—give them hope, support, and a chance to heal.

For concerns, send us a message through this page or visit the CBDRP Office, Ground Floor of the Albuera Municipal Hall, beside the Post Office.
You may also approach your Barangay, especially the Kagawad on Peace and Order, for assistance and guidance.

GUIDING, SUPPORTING, AND EMPOWERING OUR YOUTH

A meaningful day of learning, awareness, and sharing with the youth of Barangay San Pedro!

Today, the Community-Based Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP) Information Drive and School Supplies Distribution was conducted through the initiative of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Council, headed by SK Chairman Irez Retuya, in partnership with the Barangay Council of San Pedro.

The activity is part of the continuing efforts of the Municipal Government of Albuera, under the leadership of Mayor Hon. Rolan E. Espinosa, with the support of the Municipal Vice Mayor, Hon. Mariel E. Marinay and the Sangguniang Bayan, in promoting peace and order, strengthening drug prevention programs, and protecting and empowering the youth of Albuera.

The program was warmly welcomed by the Barangay Council headed by Hon. Francisco L. Manatad.

PCpl Jessie Francisco, representing PMAJ Emiliano M. Camama, Acting Chief of Police of the Albuera Municipal Police Station, shared an informative discussion on Republic Act No. 9165, reminding everyone about the importance of knowing the dangers of illegal drugs and making responsible choices.

Hon. Romeo Junco, representing Committee on Peace and Order Chairman Hon. Rolando M. Ebcas, Jr., shared a message of support and reminded both the youth and parents that discipline begins at home. He encouraged parents to stay involved, communicate with their children, and always keep an eye on their safety and well-being.

Ms. Leah L. Tamse, CBDRP Focal Person, also introduced the Community-Based Rehabilitation Program, explaining how the program works, who may avail of its services, and how the community can seek support and assistance when needed.

The activity became even more special with the distribution of school supplies to the youth, made possible through the support and cooperation of the Barangay Council and Sangguniang Kabataan Council.

More than just school supplies, today's activity was about giving our young people something equally important—knowledge, guidance, encouragement, and the assurance that their community cares for them. ❤️

The Municipal Government of Albuera, together with our Mayor, Vice Mayor, Sangguniang Bayan, Barangay Councils, SK Councils, PNP, parents, and community partners, continues to work together in building a community where our children and youth can grow safe, disciplined, healthy, and hopeful.

Because when we invest in our youth today, we are building a better Albuera tomorrow.
