Safety, Peace and Order is one of the Ten (10) Governance Areas assessed under the Regional Local Governance Champions, and we are proud to have successfully passed the onsite assessment.

This milestone would not have been possible without the strong leadership and unwavering support of Hon. Mayor Rolan E. Espinosa, whose administration continues to prioritize peace and order, public safety, disaster preparedness, law enforcement, and the overall welfare of the Albuera community.

Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to the Albuera Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, Municipal offices, barangays, partner agencies, volunteers, and all stakeholders whose continued cooperation and dedication strengthen our peace and order programs.

Behind this accomplishment are countless hours of planning, coordination, monitoring, documentation, implementation, and service to our people. More importantly, it reflects our shared belief that good governance is a collective responsibility.

One Albuera. One Commitment. One Goal — A Safer, Peaceful, and Better Municipality for All.

Congratulations to everyone who contributed to this achievement!

Padayon, Albuera! Together, we continue to build a community where peace, safety, and good governance thrive.

Lingo ng Kabataan 2026: Kabataan Para sa Isang Drug-Free Community

Today, August 25, 2026, Ms. Leah L. Tamse, IAS/MPOC-MADAC Focal Person, CBDR Program Manager, and Balay Silangan Center Director, was invited as one of the speakers during the Lingo ng Kabataan Symposium held at the Albuera Gymnasium.

She shared meaningful insights on Recovery and Rehabilitation, emphasizing that the journey toward recovery does not end with intervention—it continues through the support of family, school, community, and, most importantly, the willingness of our youth to make healthy and responsible choices.

She also highlighted the important role of students and young people in the campaign against illegal drugs—as advocates of positive change, protectors of their peers, and partners in building a safer, healthier, and drug-free community.

The support of Hon. Mayor Rolan E. Espinosa, whose commitment to peace, order, youth development, and the community's campaign against illegal drugs continues to strengthen the municipality's efforts.

Our heartfelt appreciation to SK Federation President Hon. Bernard Zoey Mistula and LYDO Officer Ric Anthony Tolero Ric Ric for organizing this meaningful and empowering event for the youth.

The symposium was attended by students and teachers from Albuera North and South ALS and Seguinon Stand-Alone National High School.

🌱 Kabataan ang Pag-asa. Kabataan ang Kaagapay. Sama-sama para sa Recovery, Prevention, and a Drug-Free Albuera!
