What you will do:
* Operations: Assist in supervising daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Support: Learn and support inventory management, sales, customer service, and administrative functions.
* Leadership: Assist in monitoring team performance and overall operational efficiency.
* Flexibility: Perform other duties assigned by store management.
What we are looking for:
* Education: Graduate of any four (4)-year business-related course.
* Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge: Basic knowledge of business and retail operations.
* Mindset: Willing to learn, undergo training, and work on shifting schedules.

What you will do:
* Training: Conduct Quality Customer Service Training to equip and empower direct reports.
* Planning: Plan and create effective schedules for subordinates.
* Customer Service: Effectively handle and address basic customer concerns.
* Reporting: Prepare monthly departmental reports.
What we are looking for:
* Skills: Competence in using basic math principles with strong leadership and organizational abilities.
* Flexibility: Willing to work on shifting schedules.
