STRENGTHENING FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES ACROSS PAMPANGA!

The Provincial Population Office of Pampanga, in partnership with DKT Philippines, successfully facilitated the distribution of Family Planning commodities to five Local Government Units (LGUs)โ€”Sta. Ana, San Luis, Candaba, Arayat, and Mexico, Pampanga.

This collaborative initiative aims to strengthen the availability and accessibility of quality Family Planning services and commodities in local communities, empowering individuals and couples to make informed decisions about their reproductive health and family well-being. ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ

The Provincial Population Office of Pampanga, together with the Provincial Health Office of Pampanga, successfully conducted the Responsible Parenthood and Family Planning for Labor Force Empowerment (RPFP4LFE) activity at Alfamart on August 13, 2026.

The activity provided workers with relevant and accurate information on responsible parenthood, family planning, and reproductive health, empowering them to make informed decisions for their families while balancing their responsibilities in the workplace.

Through RPFP4LFE, we continue to emphasize that healthy and well-planned families are an important foundation of a productive and empowered workforce. On August 4, 2026, the Provincial Population Office of Pampanga, in collaboration with the Provincial Health Office โ€“ Pampanga and the San Luis Municipal Health Office (RHU San Luis) successfully conducted an Adolescent Health Forum at the San Luis National High School Covered Court.

The forum served as a vital platform for empowering students with accurate, age-appropriate, and evidence-based information on essential adolescent health concerns. Discussions focused on Reproductive Health, HIV and AIDS awareness, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), teenage pregnancy prevention, adolescent mental health, and the harmful effects of smoking and alcohol use. Through these learning sessions, participants were encouraged to make informed and responsible decisions that promote their overall health, well-being, and future.

Together, we continue to champion adolescent health by fostering informed choices, healthy lifestyles, and empowered youth toward building stronger families and resilient communities.

Empowering Workers Through Responsible Parenthood and Family Planning

On August 5, 2026, the Provincial Population Office of Pampanga successfully conducted the Responsible Parenthood and Family Planning for Labor Force Empowerment (RPFP4LFE) session at SUPERL Philippines Inc. in Calibutbut, Bacolor, Pampanga, in collaboration with the Provincial Health Office of Pampanga.

The activity aimed to strengthen awareness on responsible parenthood, family planning, and reproductive health, equipping members of the labor force with essential knowledge to make informed decisions that contribute to healthier families, improved well-being, and enhanced workplace productivity.

As part of the program, the Provincial Health Office facilitated discussions on HIV prevention and awareness as well as mental health awareness, highlighting the importance of prevention, early detection, reducing stigma, and promoting overall well-being in the workplace. In addition, free HIV testing services were provided to employees, encouraging individuals to know their status and take proactive steps toward protecting their health.

The Provincial Population Office of Pampanga extends its sincere appreciation to the management of SUPERL Philippines Inc. for their warm hospitality and valuable partnership.
