SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "NENENG" was estimated based on all available data at 675 km East of Itbayat, Batanes (21.3Β°N, 128.5Β°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 70 km/h. It is moving Westward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.

FORECAST:

Occidental Mindoro will have monsoon rains due to the Southwest Monsoon.

Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, Antique, and Aklan will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon.

The rest of Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms.

Palawan including Kalayaan Island and Occidental Mindoro will experience moderate to strong winds from the Southwest with moderate to rough seas.

Visayas will experience light to moderate winds from the South to Southwest with slight to moderate seas.

Rugya sanda para idiscuss ang proposal para sa pagconduct kang Lifeguard Training rugya sa aton banwa nga nakatutok para sa amo dya nga mga indibidwal kag sektor:
1. DRRM Personnel and responders
2. Resort and swimming pool owners/ operators, pool watchers
3. Barangay DRRM personnel and volunteers
4. Students and youth representatives
5. Solo parents and single mothers
6. Representatives of vulnerable and at-risk sectors, kag
7. Community volunteers and other interested individuals
