SEEDS CAMP (Student Ecological Emissaries and Defenders of Sustainability Committed to Act for Mother-Earth Preservation) FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
GENERAL MECHANICS
Admission to the SEEDS CAMP Fellowship program is competitive. Only 20 fellows will be selected based on a project concept paper they submit to the SEEDS CAMP Fellowship Program Secretariat.
The application is open to students aged 13-16 years old currently enrolled in public schools or Catholic diocesan high schools in Antique. An entry shall have one main proponent, and a teacher-adviser.
The applicant shall commit to complete a three-month fellowship program beginning 1 September and ending on 30 November 2025. The program will include a number of trainings but will mostly comprise the implementation of the approved project.
The selected fellow should have implemented his or her project for at least two and a half months prior to graduation from the fellowship program
Three Best Projects will be selected for recognition at the end of the fellowship program
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
A concept paper of not more than 2,000 words excluding the title. The concept paper must bear a brief description of the environmental project, its location and implementers, target partners, resources needed and sustainability scheme, and intended impact. Projects which can be started without external funding, practical, innovative, and are self-sustaining will be given priority.
The concept must be encoded in Cambria font size 12, on an A4 sized bond paper, with a 1-inch margin on all sides, single-spaced. The file name of the concept paper must be the first four words of the composition. The concept paper itself shall not bear any pen name, or the name of the author, or any distinguishing mark therein that will identify the author.
The environmental project is open-themed and may cover preservation, conservation, creation or restoration, education & information dissemination, business, waste management, recycling, indigenous environmental practices, disaster prevention & mitigation, etc. The more innovative, the better. The full project cycle should be evident in three months. The more sustainable the project, the better.
A brief essay of not more than 500 words, in the same format as that of the concept paper, stating the authors reason for pitching the project.
The file name of the essay must be the first four words of the composition. The essay itself shall not bear any pen name, or the name of the author, or any distinguishing mark therein that will identify the author.
A letter of endorsement from the School Principal committing the schoolโs support to implement the project if ever selected.
The concept paper, essay, and endorsement letter shall be in .pdf form and submitted as attachments to the application which shall be done via Google Form.

Announcement of fellows will on 15 September 2025 at St. Anthonyโs College in San Jose, Antique. The announcement will be followed by a seminar on making project proposals.
