THE 31st REGULAR SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN

This morning, August 3, 2026, we held our regular session, we referred measures to the appropriate committees for further study, evaluation & deliberation.

Following due consideration & in accordance to legislative procedures, the following measures were adopted & approved by the body.

✅RESOLUTION DECLARING AS OPERATIVE IN ITS ENTIRETY THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF BARANGAYS MANALING, IGBALOGO, BALUD & BALLESCAS.

✅RESOLUTION ADOPTING PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO.2025-410, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING R.A. NO 11215, ALSO KNOWN AS THE NATIONAL INTEGRATED CANCER CONTROL ACT, & PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PROVINCIAL CANCER CONTROL PROGRAM IN THE PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR & FOR OTHER PURPOSES," AS A GUIDE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CANCER PREVENTION & CONTROL PROGRAMS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF T. FORNIER.

✅RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE DEPT. OF HEALTH ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2021-0010, ENTITLED "IMPLEMENTING GUIDELINES ON THE INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF THE CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE PREVENTION & CONTROL PROGRAM," FOR APPROPRIATE LEGISLATIVE ACTION.

For this session, many of the referred measures still needed further discussion.

First Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony🇵🇭

The First Monday of August Flag-Raising Ceremony was attended by local government officials and employees, together with our men and women in uniform.

More than a tradition, the ceremony serves as a reminder of our shared responsibility to uphold integrity, professionalism, and dedication in serving our constituents.
