MOBILE PATROLLING | ENHANCED POLICE VISIBILITY
As part of the intensified anti-criminality campaign and commitment to ensuring public safety, on September 7, 2026, at 6:49 PM, personnel of Tobias Fornier Municipal Police Station, under the supervision of PLT LONAR ANSEL C DAVID, Officer in Charge, conducted mobile patrolling in strategic areas of the municipality to enhance police visibility and maintain peace and order. The activity covered major roads, business establishments, residential areas, schools, transport terminals, and other public places.
During the patrol, police personnel monitored the peace and order situation, deterred the commission of crimes through visible police presence, and remained alert for any suspicious persons, vehicles, or activities that could threaten public safety.
Police personnel heightened their visibility and intensified monitoring in key areas to help ensure a peaceful, orderly, and secure environment. The public was encouraged to remain vigilant, cooperate with law enforcement authorities, and immediately report any suspicious activities that may affect public safety and security.
Likewise, the patrol team reminded residents, motorists, and business owners to remain vigilant, observe traffic rules and regulations, secure their homes and belongings, and immediately report any crime, emergency, or suspicious incident through the National Emergency Hotline 911 or directly to the Tobias Fornier Municipal Police Station. Through sustained mobile patrolling, Tobias Fornier MPS continues to strengthen crime prevention efforts, ensure immediate police response, and foster a safe, peaceful, and secure community.

LOOK// Personnel of Tobias Fornier Municipal Police Station, led by PLT LONAR ANSEL C DAVID, Officer in Charge, conducted a checkpoint operation on September 7, 2026, at 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM at Barangay Poblacion Norte, Tobias Fornier, Antique, in line with the implementation of municipal traffic ordinances and as part of the station’s intensified security measures to ensure public safety, maintain peace and order, and prevent the entry and movement of lawless elements and criminal personalities within the Area of Responsibility (AOR). DISTRIBUTION OF FLYERS AND DIALOGUE
On September 7, 2026, at 7:15 AM, personnel of the Tobias Fornier Municipal Police Station, under the supervision of PLT LONAR ANSEL C DAVID, Officer in Charge, conducts dialogue and the distribution of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials on Crime Prevention Tips at Barangay Abaca of this municipality.
The activity aimed to raise public awareness on practical measures to prevent theft and encourage active. We reminded to remain vigilant, stay informed through official sources, and promptly report any suspicious persons, activities, or incidents that may threaten public safety. The public was also encouraged to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in ensuring a peaceful and orderly observance of the event.
Community members were encouraged to contact the Unified Emergency Hotline 911 whenever urgent police assistance or emergency services are needed.

𝐏𝐑𝐎𝟔, 𝟖𝟓 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝐍𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐡𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐛 𝐧𝐠 𝟐𝟒 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐚 𝐈𝐥𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐦 𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐓𝐓

ILOILO CITY — Umabot sa 85 baril ang naalis sa sirkulasyon ng Police Regional Office 6 (PRO6) sa loob lamang ng 24 oras sa ilalim ng pinaigting na pagpapatupad ng Project RTT, mula alas-6:00 ng umaga noong Setyembre 5 hanggang alas-5:59 ng umaga noong Setyembre 6, 2026.

Batay sa accomplishment report ng PRO6, nagsagawa ang kapulisan ng 91 operasyon laban sa loose fi****ms, na nagresulta sa pagkakumpiska ng dalawang baril at boluntaryong pagsuko ng 81 baril. Bukod dito, dalawang fi****ms ang naideposito sa kapulisan sa pamamagitan ng ADFER operations.

Nakuha rin sa mga operasyon ang 10 explosives, habang dalawang indibidwal ang naaresto kaugnay ng kampanya laban sa loose fi****ms.

Ang accomplishment na ito ay bahagi ng Project RTT — Track, Restrict, and Turn-In, na nakatuon sa pinaigting na intelligence-driven at community-supported police operations upang matukoy, makontrol, at maalis sa sirkulasyon ang loose fi****ms, at maiwasan ang paggamit ng mga ito sa krimen at iba pang insidente ng karahasan.

Ayon kay Police Brigadier General Randulf T Tuaño, Regional Director ng PRO6, ang patuloy na accounting at pag-alis ng mga hindi awtorisadong armas sa komunidad ay mahalagang bahagi ng pagpapanatili ng kapayapaan at seguridad sa Western Visayas.

“Sa ilalim ng Project RTT, tuloy-tuloy ang ating pagtutok sa loose fi****ms dahil bawat baril na ating nakukumpiska, naisusuko, o naide-deposito ay isang posibleng banta na naaalis sa ating mga komunidad. Hinihikayat natin ang publiko na patuloy na makipagtulungan at suportahan ang ating kampanya para sa mas ligtas na Western Visayas,” ani PBGen Tuaño.

Hinihikayat ng PRO6 ang mga may hawak ng unlicensed o undocumented fi****ms na makipag-ugnayan sa pinakamalapit na himpilan ng pulisya para sa tamang proseso ng pagsuko o pagdeposito. Ang publiko naman ay hinihimok na agad ipagbigay-alam sa kapulisan o sa Unifies 911 ang anumang impormasyon hinggil sa ilegal na pag-iingat o paggamit ng armas.

Ang Project RTT ay sumasalamin sa adhikain ng PRO6 na isulong ang RESPONSIVE, TRUSTED, and TRANSFORMATIVE POLICING para sa mas ligtas, mapayapa, at matatag na Western Visayas.

Kaakibat nito ang bisyon ng Philippine National Police na “BAGONG PNP PARA SA BAGONG PILIPINAS: SERBISYONG MABILIS, TAPAT, AT NARARAMDAMAN,” sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni Police General Jose Melencio C Nartatez Jr, Chief, PNP.

PUBLIC SAFETY INFORMATION DRIVE THROUGH FOOT PATROL\
As part of the intensified community policing efforts, On September 7, 2026, at 10:33 AM, Personnel of Tobias Fornier Municipal Police Station, under the supervision of PLT LONAR ANSEL C DAVID, Officer in Charge, conducted a foot patrol, police presence and community dialogue within the municipality.
During the activity, police personnel actively engaged with residents, motorists, commuters, business owners, tricycle and jeepney drivers, and other members of the community to strengthen public awareness on crime prevention and public safety.
The discussions focused on practical measures to prevent theft and robbery, remain vigilant against online scams, phishing, cyber fraud, fake news, and other forms of online deception, and promptly report suspicious persons or activities to the authorities.
The team also reminded motorists and pedestrians to strictly observe traffic rules and regulations, practice responsible road use, wear appropriate safety gear, obey traffic signs and speed limits, and help maintain peace and order by becoming law-abiding and responsible members of the community.
Moreover, the public was encouraged to strengthen cooperation with the Philippine National Police by immediately reporting crimes, emergencies, or suspicious incidents through the National Emergency Hotline 911 or by coordinating directly with the Tobias Fornier Municipal Police Station. The activity aimed to promote a safer, more informed, and resilient community through proactive police presence, continuous public engagement, and strengthened police-community partnership.
