Had a practice game last Friday with PPSK President Reichel Faylogna, Donna Belle Abad, and Sharmae Joy Pascua as part of our preparation for the upcoming PCL Week Pickleball Tournament.

In line with the Sports Ordinance authored by yours truly, our community can now enjoy greater access to sports facilities. You may check the availability, guidelines and book your preferred game schedule for the BUSAN and PCV Auditorium through the Mayor's office. This initiative aims to promote an active and healthy lifestyle through accessible sports and recreational activities.

Another public hearing was held last Friday regarding the proposed amendment on Municipal Tax Ordinance entitled – "An ordinance amending sections II, IV, VI and VII of Municipal Tax Ordinance Number 2017-002 entitled – "An Ordinance Regulating the Operation of ambulant vendors selling meat, poultry, fish and vegetables outside the new public market in the Municipality of Bacarra , Ilocos Norte".

This meeting was attended by the Barangay Captains headed by ABC Pres. Sidney Ramos, SBM Philip Fernandez, SBM George Padre, SBM Jonathan Sagario, SBM Winston Corpuz, SBM Philip Lazo, SBM Dinah Delos Angeles, our Municipal Agriculturist and Chief of Police.

As the chairman of Market and Slaughterhouse, and author of the proposed amendment on Municipal Tax Ordinance entitled – "An ordinance amending sections II, IV, VI and VII of Municipal Tax Ordinance Number 2017-002 entitled – "An Ordinance Regulating the Operation of ambulant vendors selling meat, poultry, fish and vegetables outside the new public market in the Municipality of Bacarra , Ilocos Norte", we conducted a public hearing attended by fish and meat vendors, SBM Jonathan Sagario, SBM Winston Corpuz, SBM George Padre, SBM Philip Lazo, personnel from the office of the Municipal Agriculturist, Municipal Health Officer, Market Supervisor, Municipal Veterinarian and Sanitary Inspector.
