The event formally welcomed the school's new set of leaders who pledged to serve with integrity, commitment, and compassion throughout School Year 2026โ2027. The program commenced with an inspiring Welcome Remarks by Mr. Bryan C. Basilio, Faculty Club President, who warmly welcomed the officers, guests, and stakeholders while emphasizing the importance of unity and shared responsibility in building a stronger school community. This was followed by the Statement of Purpose delivered by Dr. Freda B. Dayog, School Principal I, who highlighted the significance of servant leadership and collaboration in achieving the school's vision and mission. The highlight of the ceremony was the inspirational message and mass oath-taking administered by Dr. Rommel L. Manzano, School Principal IV of SPED Center, Baguio City, whose words encouraged every officer to lead with humility, accountability, and a genuine heart for service. During the Acceptance and Commitment segment, Sir. Noel C. Wansiyan, the newly elected SPTA President, delivered his acceptance message, while Maโam Angela F. Gutierrez graciously delivered the message on behalf of the newly elected Project KAAGAPAY President Sir Aris S. Soriano, reaffirming their commitment to work hand in hand with the school in promoting programs that will benefit every learner and stakeholder.
The meaningful ceremony concluded with the Closing Remarks and Acknowledgment delivered by Walter S. Crisostomo, Master Teacher I, followed by a photo opportunity that captured the spirit of unity and celebration among the newly inducted officers, guests, and school personnel. A fellowship luncheon was then held at the Office of the School Principal, providing an opportunity for everyone to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and celebrate the beginning of another year of collaborative leadership and service. The school also extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Fairview Barangay, headed by Barangay Captain Richard Jimenez, for its unwavering support and partnership in making the activity a success, ably represented during the program by Kagawad Leonard Bacani. Special appreciation is likewise extended to all the incoming SPTA and Project KAAGAPAY Program officers for their generous support, cooperation, and invaluable contributionsโespecially the delicious and sumptuous fellowship meal that added warmth, joy, and camaraderie to the occasion. Their collective efforts truly reflected the spirit of volunteerism and community partnership that continues to strengthen Fairview Elementary School.
Indeed, the Joint Induction Program was more than a ceremonial oath-takingโit was a celebration of trust, shared purpose, and a renewed commitment to lead with integrity, serve with compassion, and work together in creating a brighter future for every Fairview learner. As another school year begins, Fairview Elementary School remains steadfast in empowering leaders who inspire positive change and in nurturing partnerships that build a stronger, more united, and more resilient school community.
