LUCBAN INTEGRATED SCHOOL HOSTS SERBISYO FAIR FOR SHS GRADUATES AND ALS PASSERS

The Serbisyo Fair is currently being held at Lucban Integrated School today, March 25, 2026, bringing together various government services for the benefit of Senior High School graduates, ALS passers, and members of the local community.

The event is conducted through the partnership of the Department of Education – Cordillera Administrative Region and the Department of Labor and Employment, as part of the government’s continuing effort to deliver accessible public services under the Bagong Pilipinas initiative.

One of the highlights of the activity is the job facilitation services, where applicants may be hired on the spot if they meet the necessary qualifications. In addition, participants are given the opportunity to process essential documents through free services provided by participating agencies.

The Serbisyo Fair officially started at around 7:30 in the morning and is expected to run until late afternoon, accommodating a significant number of participants from the school and nearby communities

LIS journalist wins at RSPC 2026

A young campus journalist from Lucban Integrated School brought pride to the school after winning 1st place in Column Writing (Elementary Category) during the Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC) for the Cordillera Administrative Region held in Abra.

Alexandria Gorio secured the top spot in the competition, while her fellow schoolmate Casenjhra Ponso also made the school proud after placing 4th in Editorial Writing.

The two learners were coached by Blessie A. Cayasen, who guided them throughout the preparation and competition. Despite their hectic schedule and demanding training, the young writers managed to excel and bring home honors for their school.

Coach Cayasen expressed her gratitude to the school head Felto Agpawa for the full support given since the first day of training, as well as to the supportive parents and SPTA who continuously encouraged the young journalists and financial support .

With her victory, Gorio will represent the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) in the National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) which will be held in Ormoc City.

Stay active, stay healthy!

The LIS SIGLAT Salun-at Health and Wellness Program continues to promote the health and wellness of our teachers and stakeholders, keeping everyone energized, motivated, and engaged. A big thanks to the program in-charge for thoughtfully organizing activities that make every session meaningful and fun!

Yesterday (March 4, 2026) was extra special with Frank Lloyd De Guzman a teacher from Baguio Central School, made possible with the kind support of their principal, Sir Jackson T. Caya-os who consider the wellness of teachers and stakeholders a priority.

Everyone is warmly invited! Join us every Wednesday from 3:30–4:30 PM to move, have fun, and make wellness a part of your week.
