Today, we celebrate not just the formal recognition of our liberty, but the enduring courage of the Filipino people. As we honor our history, we are also reminded of our collective responsibility to nurture this freedom through unity, integrity, and public service.
It was a privilege to stand alongside my fellow public servants and the resilient citizens of our City as we celebrate our sovereignty and look toward a future built on progress and shared aspirations.
