Pinaagi sa paningkamot ni Hon. Mayor Amos Edwin Cabahug ug sa suporta ni Governor Pamela “Pam” Baricuatro, ang Lokal nga Gobyerno sa Balamban nagpadayon sa paghatag og libre nga transportasyon pinaagi sa AMOSING PAM Free Bus Ride Program aron masuportahan ang edukasyonal nga panaw sa mga estudyante sa lungsod.

Ang programa alang lamang sa mga college students nga bona fide residents sa Balamban ug kasamtangang naka-enroll sa usa ka educational institution.

Mga kinahanglanon:
• Valid School/Student ID
• Study Load o Proof of Enrollment sa kasamtangang semestre
• Barangay Certification, government-issued ID nga adunay address sa Balamban, o ubang acceptable proof of residency

Ang mga kwalipikadong benepisyaryo kinahanglan magkuha og Beneficiary ID gikan sa LGU Balamban, nga mao ang opisyal nga pamatuod sa ilang eligibility sa programa.

• Pick-up Point: LGU Balamban Parking Area

Cebu to Balamban
• Kada Biyernes
• 5:00 PM
• Pick-up Point: South Bus Terminal, Cebu City

Palihug pag-abot labing menos 20 minutos sa wala pa ang oras sa pagbiyahe.

Hinumdumi:
• Ang Beneficiary ID dili mahimong ipahulam o ipagamit sa laing tawo.
• Kinahanglan magpasa og updated Study Load o Proof of Enrollment matag semestre aron mapadayon ang eligibility sa programa.
• Obserbahi ang maayong pamatasan, kalimpyo, ug kahapsay sulod sa bus.
• Dili tugotan ang pagpanigarilyo, va**ng, pag-inom og makahubog nga ilimnon, sugal, ug paggamit og gidili nga substansya.
• Ang mga pasahero kinahanglan mosunod sa mga lagda ug instruksyon sa driver ug mga awtorisadong personnel.

From institutionalizing support for early childhood care by formalizing the employment of 53 day care workers—making Balamban a national model—to honoring Balamban native and NASA engineer Arianne “Nikki” Jubay Lazaro, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐀𝐦𝐨𝐬 𝐄𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐂. 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐡𝐮𝐠 places both the most vulnerable and the most promising at the center of governance.

In times of crisis, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐀𝐦𝐨𝐬 𝐄𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐂. 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐡𝐮𝐠 leads from the front. During Typhoon Tino, he remained on the ground, personally directing relief efforts and advocating for financial relief measures for affected families. His proactive engagement with national agencies ensured faster infrastructure recovery, demonstrating that for him, governance is not reactive, but relentlessly responsive.

His commitment to health and social welfare reflects both vision and action. Through strategic partnerships, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐀𝐦𝐨𝐬 𝐄𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐂. 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐡𝐮𝐠 secured millions in assistance, vital medical resources, and direct support for community frontliners. He championed inclusive policies from removing public service fees to supporting farmers and barangay workers, ensuring that governance translates into real, felt impact in everyday lives.

Daku ang kalampusan sa atong unang AMOSerbisyo sa Katawhan: Hatud Pangalagad sa Nangka, Balamban.

Akong kinasingkasing nga pasalamat sa tanang nagtibangay aron mapahigayon ug magmalampuson kining mahinungdanong kalihukan nga adunay tumong sa paghatag og tabang ug serbisyo sa katawhan.

Daghang salamat sa tanang opisina sa munisipyo nga naghatag sa nagkadaiyang serbisyo alang sa atong mga kaigsoonan. Dakong pasalamat usab sa kapin 50 ka volunteer dentists ug ilang assistants nga walay kakapoy nga nagserbisyo sa atong mga kaigsuonan. Thank you Southwestern University Phinma Dentistry Department.

Nagapasalamat usab kita sa Provincial Government ubos sa pagpanguna ni Gov. Pamela Baricuatro pinaagi sa pagpadala og mga doctors ug hot meals alang sa tanang clients ug patients nga mitambong sa kalihukan.

Dakong pagpasalamat usab sa atong kaugalingong medical team ug staff sa LGU Balamban nga padayon nga nagpakita og dedikasyon ug tinuoray nga pag-alagad sa katawhan.

Akong daku nga pasalamat sab sa Nangka National High School teachers, non-teaching staff, PTA ug ilabi na sa ilang principal Mr. Paul Ian Aranduque

Kining kalampusan dili mahimo kung walay panaghiusa, kooperasyon, ug kasingkasing sa pagserbisyo sa matag usa. Ilabi na pinaagi sa atong private partners, sa kakugi nilang Mr Benjo Labuca ug Pastor Maki. Padayon ta sa pagdala sa tinuod nga serbisyo ngadto sa katawhan.

Earlier today, I officially opened the Medical Mission Activity held at RHU I, bringing free healthcare services closer to our fellow Balambanganons through our continuing program.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our volunteer doctors who traveled all the way from Mindanao to generously share their time, expertise, and compassion in serving our community:

• Dr. Mapet Gurdiel – OB-GYNE / Sonologist
• Dr. Ronnie Gurdiel – EENT Specialist
• Dr. Eirene Dianne Cheng – Pediatric Hematology-Oncologist
• Dr. Resalde Climaco – General Practitioner and SB Member of Balamban

Through this meaningful initiative, many residents were able to avail of free medical consultations and professional healthcare services:
✔️ 87 OB-GYNE consultations & Ultrasound services
✔️ 16 Pediatric Hematology consultations
✔️ 115 ENT consultations
✔️ several patients for general consultations

I would also like to sincerely thank Ms. Madeline Theamtusana for her generosity in donating eardrops to support the medical team and ₱10,000 worth of snacks for our attendees. Your kindness greatly contributed to the success of this activity.

This collaborative effort reflects our shared commitment to ensuring that quality healthcare remains accessible to every Balambanganon. Daghang salamat sa tanan nga nagtinabangay aron mapalambo ang serbisyo para sa atong katawhan.
