The Employment Permit System (EPS) is a STRICTLY GOVERNMENT-TO-GOVERNMENT HIRING PROGRAM between the Phillippines and South Korea, managed EXCLUSIVELY by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and Human Resource Development Service of Korea (HRDK).

Recruitment and Deployment are done only through official DMW and HRDK channels.
