Tropical Cyclone Update
11AM, October 3, 2025

Paolo intensified into a typhoon before making landfall over Dinapigue, Isabela.

At 10 a.m. Friday, the typhoon was located in the vicinity of San Guillermo, Isabela.

Wind signal no. 4 is now up over 10 provinces:

• extreme northern Aurora
• southern Isabela
• northern Quirino
• northern Nueva Vizcaya
• Mountain Province
• Ifugao
• southern Abra
• northern Benguet
• southern Ilocos Sur
• northern La Union

Typhoon Paolo packs winds of 130 kph, with gusts up to 215 kph. It is moving west northwestward at 25 kph.

It will cross Northern Luzon today, emerge over the West Philippine Sea later in the afternoon or evening, and exit the Philippine area of responsibility Saturday morning. | via Ariel Rojas, ABS-CBN News
