Look | Moral Recovery Program, 07 April 2026

The Provincial Engineering Office conducted its Moral Recovery Program for the month of April, focusing on the topic “Dealing with Conflict.”

Engr. Recel Kharize Hiñoza, Engr. Mary Angelie Montes and Engr. Marc Arthur Querijero led the opening worship, followed by a message of encouragement from PE Ariel P. Costa.

Engr. Richard Amorsolo shared a meaningful testimony on how taking the initiative to read the Bible can positively change one’s perspective, not only in the workplace but also in everyday life.

Afterwards, Mr. Glenn Llamador elaborated on practical ways of dealing with conflicts, providing insights that employees can apply both personally and professionally. Mr. Rommel Amat then delivered a summary of the Moral Recovery Program, which was followed by the closing prayer led once again by Engr. Arcega.

As a closing reflection, one’s actions play a vital role in handling conflict. Simple choices such as staying calm, listening with understanding, and responding with respect can help resolve disagreements peacefully. By being mindful of our actions, we can prevent conflicts from escalating and instead promote harmony, cooperation, and stronger relationships.
