Calabuanan, Baler, Aurora through information dissemination and mobile registration services. The activity aimed to bring essential government services closer to the community and assist residents with their civil registration concerns and document processing.

The Municipal Civil Registrar’s Office (MCRO), together with the Municipal Health Office (MHO) and Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), successfully conducted a Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling for 12 soon-to-wed couples. 💍

The activity served as a guide for couples on responsible parenthood, family life, health awareness, and the responsibilities of marriage as they prepare to build strong and happy families together. ❤️

In support for the implementation of the Electronic Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (eCRVS), the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) provided equipment such as a computer set, printer, and document scanner to help improve and strengthen digital civil registration services.

The eCRVS is a digital system used to record important life events such as births, marriages, and deaths. Through this system, the management and access of civil registry records will become easier, faster, and more accessible.

The Municipal Civil Registrar's Office recorded 149 births, 8 marriages, and 45 deaths. Compared to the previous records, births remained the highest among registered events, marriages showed steady activity, while death registrations were moderate in comparison.

Overall, the data reflects a strong number of births, steady marriages, and a manageable level of recorded deaths for the month of April 2026.

The Municipal Civil Registry Office (MCRO) conducted a Mobile Registration Activity in Sitio Cabituculan, Barangay Reserva on April 29, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

This activity aimed to bring civil registration services closer to the residents by assisting them in the processing and updating of their civil registry records. The initiative was made more effective through the support and assistance of barangay officials and day care workers, who helped facilitate the smooth delivery of services.

Through mobile registration, MCRO continues to ensure that essential services remain accessible, especially to those in remote areas, promoting timely and proper registration for all members of the community.
