Ito ay alinsunod sa rekomendasyon ng Pasig City DRRMO, batay sa forecast ng PAGASA na mas mararamdaman ang epekto ng Bagyong Inday, na mas paiigtingin pa ng Habagat, sa lagay ng panahon simula ngayong hapon.

Inaasahang magpapatupad ang mga paaralan ng Alternative Delivery Mode (Synchronous o Asynchronous)sa kabila ng in-person suspension ng PM classes.

With continuous heavy rains being experienced in different parts of the Philippines, everyone is reminded to stay aware and alert.

To help guide the public, DOST-PAGASA issues color-coded rainfall warnings, which are also used as basis for class suspension guidelines under DepEd Order No. 22, series of 2024.

🟡 YELLOW Rainfall Warning (Advisory)
- Flooding may happen in low-lying areas, especially near rivers.
- Face-to-face classes may be suspended if the Local Chief Executive decides to do so.

🟠 ORANGE Rainfall Warning (Alert)
- Flooding is becoming dangerous, and landslides may happen in mountainous areas.
- No face-to-face classes from Kindergarten to Senior High School and ALS.
- Students and school personnel may go home if it is safe.

🔴 RED Rainfall Warning (Emergency)
- Serious flooding is expected, with a high risk of landslides.
- All face-to-face classes are suspended from Kindergarten to Senior High School and ALS.

Everyone is encouraged to stay updated through reliable sources like PAGASA, DepEd, and local government units. Always follow official advisories and prioritize safety.

SPTA Turns Over Permanent Audio System to Bambang Elementary School

24 June, Wed. The Officers of the School and Parent-Teacher Association (SPTA), together with the Grade Level Representatives, formally turned over a new audio system consisting of 2-way speakers and an amplifier to Mr. Rolan Toche, Principal of Bambang Elementary School. The equipment will be permanently installed on the school stage to support various academic, co-curricular, and community activities.

The acquisition of the audio system was made possible through the voluntary PTA dues contributed by parents during School Year 2024–2025. The funds were accumulated after a previously proposed project was not pursued due to budgetary limitations, allowing the association to redirect the available resources toward a more urgent school need.

Following consultations with teachers, parents, and student representatives, it was collectively recognized that the school would greatly benefit from a dedicated sound system. The existing audio equipment had been routinely transferred between locations whenever needed for school programs and activities, resulting in increased wear and tear and a higher risk of accidental damage.

In response, the SPTA resolved to procure a permanent audio system specifically designated for the school stage. The installation of the equipment is expected to enhance the quality of sound during school events while ensuring the protection and longevity of the audio system by eliminating the need for frequent relocation.

The SPTA expresses its sincere appreciation to all parents and teachers whose generous contributions through the PTA dues made this project possible. Their continued support and commitment to the welfare of Bambang Elementary School significantly contribute to the improvement of school facilities and the enrichment of educational and community programs for the benefit of all learners.

Faith and Community Converge: Bambang Elementary School's SCPTA Leads Mayflower Devotion

BAMBANG — In a vibrant display of faith and community spirit, the School and Community Parent-Teacher Association (SCPTA) of Bambang Elementary School gathered yesterday, May 11, 2026, to participate in the traditional Novena and Paalay at the Chapel of the Pamayanan nina San Felipe at San Tiago.

The event, dedicated to the Blessed Mother under the title Reina delas Flores, serves as a cornerstone of the local religious calendar, bridging the gap between academic institutions and the wider spiritual community.

The SCPTA members, joined by local residents and members of the BMF, took part in the ritual offerings (Paalay), bringing flowers and prayers to the altar. This participation is part of a 9-day novena preparation leading up to the much-anticipated Grand Sagala, the crowning event of the Mayflower season.

Organized by the Bambang Mayflower Festival committee, the daily Novena aims to foster a sense of gratitude and petition among the faithful. The involvement of the SCPTA highlights the school’s commitment to preserving cultural heritage and encouraging moral development among the youth through active parental example.

"Events like these remind us that a school is not just a building, but a vital part of the community fabric," noted one participant. The atmosphere at the Chapel of the Pamayanan nina San Felipe at San Tiago was one of solemnity and shared purpose, as the residents of Bambang continued a legacy passed down through generations.

As the 9-day preparation continues, excitement is building for the upcoming Grand Sagala. This annual procession is expected to draw hundreds of spectators, showcasing the elegance, artistry, and deep-seated devotion that defines the Bambang Mayflower Festival.

With the SCPTA’s successful participation in the Paalay, the countdown to the festival’s climax officially moves into its final, high-spirited stages. The community is invited to continue attending the remaining Novena nights as the town prepares to crown its Reina delas Flores in a spectacle of lights and floral displays.
