The DILG Ilocos Sur, headed by PD Randy S. Dela Rosa, CESO V, successfully conducted this monthโs Provincial Conference cm LGPRC Meeting on May 27, 2026, via the Zoom platform.
The activity was facilitated by Sub-Cluster 2, with LGOO II Rizza Mae Ramos of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur serving as host. MLOO Kay Legrand D. Ramos acknowledged the participants and attendees.
During the meeting, Program Manager Cynthia P. Pe Benito shared several important updates, including the upcoming LGU Profiling Activity scheduled to be conducted in June 2026.
Meanwhile, LGOO VI Francis Jayson C. Raquel, LGPRC Manager, presented updates on ๐๐ณ๐ฐ๐ซ๐ฆ๐ค๐ต ๐๐ช๐ฏ๐จ๐จ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ๐ฆ๐ต: ๐ ๐๐ข๐ฑ๐ข๐ค๐ช๐ต๐บ ๐๐ฆ๐ท๐ฆ๐ญ๐ฐ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐๐ฐ๐ข๐ฅ๐ด๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ ๐๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ช๐จ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ด ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ช๐ต๐ช๐ฆ๐ด, highlighting its implementation strategies and the development of knowledge products and coffee table books.
Cluster Head Aprille Regina P. Guerrero also presented the monthโs cluster updates, which covered the CY 2026 CFLGA Rework, POC Audit, ADAC National Awardees 2025 Incentive Fund, and the documentary requirements for the release of funds.
PD Randy S. Dela Rosa, CESO V, then conducted the PDโs Hour, where he shared important reminders and updates on various PPAs.
Afterwards, LGOO II Maribeth T. Miranda facilitated ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐๐๐๐: ๐ถ๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐๐๐๐, during which several Field Officers raised concerns and discussed various PPAs, including the Authority to Conduct Benchmarking Activities of LGUs, Barangay Drug Clearing Program, Sangguniang Kabataan Officials Eligibility (SKOE), ๐๐ข๐ธ๐ข๐ต ๐๐ข๐ณ๐ข๐ฏ๐จ๐ข๐บ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ช๐ฌ๐ช๐ฏ๐ข๐ฃ๐ข๐ฏ๐จ: ๐๐ณ๐ฆ๐ด๐ช๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต๐ช๐ข๐ญ ๐๐ด๐ด๐ช๐ด๐ต๐ข๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ ๐ต๐ฐ ๐๐ข๐ณ๐ข๐ฏ๐จ๐ข๐บ๐ด ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐ฐ๐ค๐ช๐ฐ-๐๐ช๐ท๐ช๐ค ๐๐ณ๐ฐ๐ซ๐ฆ๐ค๐ต ๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ด, and the conduct of training on the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP).
MLGOO Kay Legrand D. Ramos, Assistant SC2 Head, delivered the closing remarks and thanked everyone for their active participation and continued commitment to the programs and initiatives of the Department.
Despite the holiday declared yesterday, DILG Ilocos Sur personnel remained committed and actively participated in the activity, demonstrating their dedication to public service and organizational excellence.
