Please be informed that the NGCP Scheduled Power Interruption affecting PANELCO I’s Palamis, Bobonot, San Jose, Tara, and Concordia Substations, specifically along the Labrador-Bolinao 69kV Line, scheduled on September 6, 2026 (Sunday), from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, has been CANCELLED due to the deferment of NGCP’s commissioning activities, which cannot proceed due to the inclement weather brought about by the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

ACTIVITIES:
• Commissioning of new feeder protections for Labrador-Bolinao 69kV line and new 69kV Bus 1 protection
• Energization and load shifting of Labrador-Bolinao 69kV line from 69kV bus 2 to 69kV bus 1
AFFECTED AREAS:
• Whole PANELCO I coverage (Agno, Alaminos City, Anda, Bani, Bolinao, Burgos, Dasol, Infanta and Mabini)

SCHOOL-BASED CLASS SUSPENSION

Para sa September 2, 2026, ang suspension ng in-person classes sa lahat ng levels ay nasa desisyon muna ng School Head, batay sa aktuwal na kondisyon ng panahon at kaligtasan ng learners at school personnel.

Mga magulang at legal guardians, kayo rin po ang may final say kung papapasukin ang inyong mga anak. Rerespetuhin ito ng school.

Kung hindi pa rin maganda ang panahon bukas ng 4 AM, maglalabas tayo ng suspension. Sa ngayon, naka-depende muna po sa inyong School Heads ang desisyon.
